if nobody can find this number and T-Mobile was the issuer, is T-mobile still getting paid by whoever has this number, and if so, isT-obile is responsible for the harrassment

Caller claimed to be from Amazon wanting to know if the $499,99 was mine, If so they will ship the product, if not enter 1 for delete

I get calls from this number all the time, as recently as Friday, when the voice mail message said it was from AT&T.  Since I don't have AT&T anything, not hard to know it was bogus.

Well, apparently this caller (voice recording) must head up a multi-faceted business. My call contained a prerecorded message about my ATT Direct TV account. Funny, I don't recall ever signing up for ATT. When reporting this to the FCC/FTC, it might be more useful to specify the phone number they want you to call, rather than the phone number they're calling from (which is probably spoofed anyway).

Since this is being run out of India I doubt that it would matter.  However having a record of both numbers would be beneficial if a lawsuit happened to be filed.  That is why we recommend people post in both number threads here.  Also, even if the number is spoofed that doesn't mean that it isn't being used to only call one person and those other people receiving calls would be looking that number up to find out what the call was about.

I have mint mobile and it's also says TMobile  for this as my voicemail

Call came in on my cell phone. I blocked the as it was ringing. A voice message came in from the same number. Subject of call was student loans.  Only problem I do not have any student loans.

I saw 805-637-7456 on my cell phone bill, but it was MY phone calling OUT to that number, and I didn't recognize the number. I see a lot of people are getting scam calls from the same number, which made me even more curious. It turns out, that is the number that is built into my cell phone, which gets dialed when I press/hold "1" to get my VOICE MAIL! I just gotten the phone and had unsuccessfully tried many times to get my voice mail (still can't get it), so it turns out that coming in or going out, 805-637-7456 is an all-purpose annoyance.

If what you say is true then there would be no possible way for this number to call you unless it was being spoofed by someone.  As to not getting your voicemail, most people would have contacted their phone carrier's tech support for help.

805-637-7456 is the automatic Samsung Galaxy Note9 voicemali number. If you get calls from this number, it's probably a spoof.

Voicemail msg left about expiring car warranty that I do not have. Not the same number that shows up on caller ID when they call.

It's interesting that nothing can be done. Someone knows something about this and would do us a great favor to eliminate it. If our service, Consumer Cellular can't take care of this maybe changing services will get their attention. Nothing like losing customers to create some action within there companies.

I got this call on 2022 May 03. The frustrating thing it called my 7 times. I just my new phone #. I only told 2 persons only. I wonder if T-Mobile is selling customer numbers Telemarketers. As I got 7 calls per day.

Did they address you by name? If not, they're probably just calling all numbers in a given sequence.
