It's a scam trying to get your credit card information. Don't give them any information. Instead, ask THEM for their credit card number, date of birth, social security number and pin number. The see how fast they hang up! Just a bunch of POS thieves.

Citibank Robo-Caller for Debt Collection

I would like calls from the phone number 816-420-1002 to stop.

I get calls about my account with Citibank. I called the number on the back of my card and representative told me my account is in order. He requested the number that calls me. He tried to call and no one answered. He told me it must be a scam. Please ignore.

A man's voice left messages on my answering machine. He said it's from Citi Credit Card and wanted to talk to me about my credit card account. He asked me to call the other phone number and left me a personal code. Of course I won't call! It is very suspicious!

CitiBank calling - credit card payment overdue.

Automated message saying they were Citi Bank and I needed to call them at 1800-298-6359 and use a pin. I reported to Citi bank spoof

Scammer saying they are Citi bank. And I need to call them back. Citi bank would never do this.

Did not recognize, did not answer and no message left.  Assume scam/spoofed number and should BLOCK immediately!!

I called Citi bank and there is no late payment.

Says it is Citi Bank and I owe $95. I have called Citi Bank directly - I have a card with them - and they verified that I have a $0 balance. I have received the same message from several different phone numbers, this is the most recent, and also a paper statement in the mail. I would like it to stop but I don't really know what to do about it.

Spam call

Got a call from Citi yesterday at 10:01 a.m. and I did answer & when they said press 1 I hung up.  Called again at 2:06 p.m. & again at 7:18 p.m. which I didn't answer the last 2 times.  If it's collection I don't know why they are calling me because I pay my whole bill each month.

Sunday mid-morning call from this same telephone; suspicious because I know Citi would not be the likeliest caller. Whomever, the scam's been resurrected.

Robo call claiming to be from Citi Bank and is looking for someone by the name of Olivia. Called into my work and no one by that name even works here. Requests a callback. Most likely spam and phising for personal information.

Robo call, claiming to be from Citi Bank and looking to speak with an Olivia, asked for zip code verification to confirm identity, if you just any random numbers on your phone and pound it states everything is confirmed and will pass you to a rep. While on hold, the automated system gives the number 1-800-866-9900 to call should the call be disconnected. When I reached a rep, I asked for this business number to be removed (as they have called in multiple times to my place of work) and that no one by the name of Olivia is even connected to this phone number. My call was placed on hold again and I was passed to a manager in the escalations department where I once again explained the matter of having this business number removed due no one with that name being connected to the number. The escalations manager then placed me on another hold to "look up" things, after a brief hold, the claimed the number is now removed from their systems. We'll see if that's legit or not.

This one was a bit scary. It was Citicard and I do have one and the robo voice left my real name in the message and said it was not a sales call and there was an issue with my card and I needed to call an 800 number and gave me a pin.  It sounded very legit.

This is a legit call from CitiBank re possible issues with an account. It is safe to pick up, or to call back with the ID number they provide.

Credit card scam. Claims I have an issue with my card. I've already called the company using the number on the card and this is not a legit number.

It’s a fake. I don’t owe anything on my citi it’s a scam.
