calling 6-7 times a day, which really is harrassment. If I am not mistaken it's illegal for them to call on sundays right?

Keeps calling my cell phone and it is annoying.

This number called me three times today and it is only 3;30 and they didn't leave a message. Very annoying

This is Citi Corp Collections regarding an overdue bill.

calling 5-6 times day even though I paid, I am smelling a lawsuit because even an attorney told me that many calls can be considered harrassment. I have them on reject so when they call my phone does not ring on my end so it's a waste of their time. Oh and they have at least 3 different numbers they have called me with.

I just started getting these calls myself. I don't answer calls that I don't recognize. it rings 3 times and then hangs up.

This is not a Citi Corp. This number is bogus. I do consulting for AIG Financial, and citi corp.

called me today with an automated voice talking- saying they were citibank- or something like that-- asked me to hit a number to confirm who i was-- i hung up. if someone called me, they'd already know who i was. def identity scam

i am receiving calls from 816 420 1002 and they leave voicemails with no message.  this is annoying. I also do not pickup unrecognized calls.

I keep reading and hearing about this problem, but I still have NOT heard what are all of you doing about it.  Have you guys contacted your phone provider, what aboutthe police?  Have you all filed a report for the police to look to find whose number is this and what are they gonna do to shut it down?  Maybe there needs to be something additional done like escalate it to the higher authority.  Bottom line is we all know about this number and have no idea who they are and how to make them stop.  BUT we are not stupid.  Therefore, we need to join and fight this.  No not by cursing at them.  That gets nowhere, but by action and ending this joke for once and for all, because getting 100s of calls from this number is ridiculous!

I recieved several calls from this number as well.. I finally answered it and it said it was Citi Bank, and the guy on the phone asked me for my account password.. I refused because I was unsure if it was really Citi bank and I told him to stop calling me.. He responded by saying that if I did not give him the password they would continue to call.. So I hung up and called the number on the back of my Citi Credit Card.. And the same guy answered the phone,.. So it is Citi Bank.. I gave him my password * because I was sure this was my credit card company* He removed me from their phone call list then he hung up on me!! Terrible Customer Service!!! BUT it is Citi Bank.

Called me at 5:30 AM..that's right 5:30 AM! Looks like they will be getting a letter from an attorney. they also continue to call even after I made my payment.

I got 5 calls from this number in one day but no message.  Very annoying!

I just called that number back privately, and got someone name Anna's voicemail. I really don't know what to believe. I don't answer when they call, I figure that if it was important then they would leave a message.

2 calls here on Sunday and 1 a day for the past week. I answered the last call and didn't say anything... a woman on the other line repeated my name twice and hung up.

I received 7 missed calls from this number but no voicemails. Called the number back on 11-27-07 finally and got an automated greeting for Citibank (seemed legit at first), asking for my account number and password; I never entered it. A guy came on the line asking for my account # and password to my account and my ss#; I asked why he was calling, he told me he couldn't tell me unless I gave him the account info. I refused and said I wouldn't give him any info until he explained why they were calling. I knew my payment was up to date and cleared, so it wasn't for that. He wouldn't budge. Every time I have gotten a call from either one of my 2 credit card companies the customer service rep. always identifies the nature of the call. This reaks of fraud.

It called me few times today, teling me I have a late payment, which I don't even have an account.  It says it is Citi Bank with AT&T universal card serv.  A rep asked me for my acct. and ssn., he asked for my last 5 ssn number and then first 5 ssn...  so I didn't.  So I called the Citi and they don't recognized the number.

I received 10 calls in 2 days and I do not know who it is, nor do I trust a phone call as such. If a company needs to get in contact with a client/customer, they should send a letter. Too much fraud and too many scam artists!!!
