Got a call from these Knuckleheads on my cellphone Thought it was a local number since I am from Ft. Worth. I wanted to see who it was that was calling and was put on hold. I hung up after 2minutes since nobody ever answered.

Highly debatable...literally.  Especially if they have already received a Cease & Desist Letter per Certified Mail - Return Receipt.

Calling on my cell phone. Since I am deaf I only use my cell for text messages.But shows they call very often and shows "missed Call" but thieir #

I received a statement from Credit Systems International who is trying to collect a $27.96 bill, from a doctor I never heard of, don't know who they are, what they do or did, provided no contact information or even the date this (whatever it was) occurred on:  basically they had nothing but a blank computer screen in front of their call center kid who I spoke with on the phone.

Sorry folks... Unless they can provide more specifics (date of service, what type of service and at who's request , this little bill won't get paid.  Sounds like fraud to me.

P.S.  Credit Systems International really needs to work on their people skills and not be demeaning to people who just want more information before blindly paying a statement.

I don't know what they want or who they're trying to contact, but I'm not going to give them the satisfaction of ever answering.
What would be nice to circumvent these annoying calls is to have a ring tone that has no sound.  Then you could add bad companies like this to your contact list, assign the "no ring tone" feature, then never be bothered by them again.
If Apple or Windows Mobile picks up this idea, I'm going to need some sort of compensation. And if they don't pay, I'll turn em into CSI for payment.  Man... that would be like.... AWESOME.  Or not.

I called back since they don't bother leaving a message.  Erica answered the phone & would not admit what type of business this is- gave me every vagueness possible, but I'd already looked them up, so I found her avoidance quite humorous.  

They were actually calling about a recent medical bill that to my knowledge was still being handled by my insurance company, so I told her honestly I will deal with the provider directly.

NOTE: At least this was not a low-life collector call about OLD debts way past the statute of limitations.  I despise those scumbags!

I get so many phone calls in one day from this number I just don't answer them anymore.  It does not seem to matter you have told them the person they are looking for does not have this cell number anymore.  They still call.  I just don't have the time to keep answering their calls.   If someone has the time please see what we can do so thes calls stops.

Costco, sells a Wireless phone system (with multiple hand-sets) with a base unit made by Panasonic. A feature on the phone is to save any number that has called you, then you can select 'Call Block'.  This is done through the phone and not the phone company. There isn't a charge, it's simply a phone feature.

these people keep calling me demanding my sons phone number .they say he gave them my number which i know is a fabrication .I want it to stop !

Continuous calls- daily- looking for relatives of mine that are currently serving an extended sentence
Tried several times to explain the phone number has been kept active due to the children of the relative they are trying to contact - but have been verbally abused, called a liar ect.  The children of the owner of the phone haven't been in touch in some while and do not want to change the number and take the chance of not being reached when they finally attempt to make contact.  They were promised that the number would never change.  In this day of virtually extinct land lines and the difficult time of tracking down cell phones... I don't want to take a chance of changing the number and never hearing from them again.  HELP

I am tired of these people calling. It is a daily thing! Is there anything I can do to make them stop? This is unwanted harassment! All I hear is a woman on a recording repeating a phone number to call them at.
