- jj replies to laspghactually they can call you at work, just because you tell them not to, means nothing, you have to put it in writing send it registered an then if they continue, you can call a lawyer, but everything must be done in writing
- Irritated personI received a call from 817-496-6500 and when I answered they hung up. I called back and asked who they were and the female on the other end asked me for my phone number. I asked her to tell me her company name and the reason for calling me and she refused and continued to ask me for my phone number. I told her I was not giving her my information and then she stated that they have caller ID and I said, "great, so you have my number, and now tell me why you are calling!!!". She continued to refuse to give me any information and stated that I would have to wait until they called me back. I informed her I would just block her number and then I wouldn't have to worry about it!!! 😡😡😡😡
- Caller: Unknown- They refused to tell me
- Karen replies to toshaWow. Really? Pay your freaking Bill? Their systems aren't correct. They literally just called me saying I owed several hundred of dollars. I was unaware of any charges so I call my Dr and I have a freaking $0 balance. Grow up and stop being rude to people.
- Rose replies to toshaWhat if you don't have the $ to pay your bill because you are dying from cancer [***]!!!!
- Dee SnutsThey are medical bill collectors. I am actually a bill collector commercially myself. They are weak as puppy piss tell them to choke on a corny dog.

- elisha replies to toshaBecause its illegal for bill collectors to call you at work. They should be reported.
- JE replies to JD800.316.8064 listed on their website.
Website: http://creditSystemsIntl.com/contact.asp - SteveI just block them on my IPhone. Mine is a bill paid by insurance. The MRI company told me it was paid yet these clowns reported it to the credit bureau. Now I have to waste my time fixing that. FICO will typically remove medical collections once they are paid.

- deathcon38174966500 the phone just rings and when they do answer they NEVER stated the name of the company. A lady finally picked up after 6-8 rings and asked how may she direct my call, but asked for the company's name she transferred it me to some rude lady name Susie. I asked her what's the name of their company she said, " CSII did we call you?" They called my son, who's never had anything in his name that he need to pay them $136 over the phone now!!
- Caller: CSI
- BigAYou need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter (think of it as the best $6.47 you ever invested). Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it. Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter. You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to. Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment. If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it. Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front): http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

Everything else you need to know follows including where to report their criminal activities.

- el guapo| 2 repliesCredit systems is a debt collector with many client's, one of there biggest is Baylor/Health Texas Provider Network. If you have not paid a bill or put it off too long the debt becomes bad debt and is transferred to CSII to collect from you. They will not remove your # from their files because they have a legitimate reason for calling you. They are not marketers or trying to sell you something, they are trying to get you to pay money you owe to your doctor.
