why would you report them to your management? just pay your freakin bill

I have ask these people to STOP calling my numbers many times. They still call then hang up on me when I try and get them to stop calling my number.

I have HAD IT with the 817-496-6500 # calling my cell phone 3-5 times/day.  Whenever I accidentally answer, they ask for my minor child by name.  Makes me wonder what the heck they want, but they won't speak with me when I say that's my child.

Harassing phone call all the time and when you answer no one is there and no one responds.

What is a predictive dialer and how do you know whether or not they have one?

Quit calling me!! You didn't even have the decency to leave a message.

Azle Dr's office messed up all their billing, started getting calls for my minor son saying he owed money to Texas Healthcare. I paid CASH for his DR's visit! (which is a hugely discounted rate). The company that does their billing billed us the difference (cash versus Insurance price) and turned him in for collection.
WTH?????

They call all the time and never leave message!!! Annoying!!

I received a call from this number and when I called them back they answered with "Hello" instead of you've called "company name." I told them I had a missed call from this number and they asked me what my number was. I told them. The lady then told me they were looking for a Lucy Lopez. I said You have the wrong number. She asked me if I knew Lucy. I said No. She said Ok and I hung up. I've had this number for 7 years. Hopefully that's the last time I hear from them.

They just keep calling me and when I answer they say nothing and hang up.

not ALL medical bills are accurate, for yourself,  or even still OWED. so please, little judgey one,  why would I or anyone else pay a bill that is not our own or even already paid. hmm?

I had a hospital bill that I had to pay a percentage in cash, cause I could not afford insurance.  I filled out papers and most of my bill was written off.  I paid the rest.   Now I am getting these calls.  I called the hospital, ETMC, and they said, that they have no record of those papers or me paying, luckily I wrote a check, so I drove up there and showed proof.  They said they no longer have that account. and I had to pay this company that money and make arrangements for the rest. Which the original amount has now has over 700.00 tact on to for "incurring fees".  well I don't have it. and if I worked for 30 years, not eat or pay rent ect... I might be able to pay for 1/2 as it was for a kidney operation.   I am paying the doctor and x ray dept a little each month as I can.   I can't make a dent out of the pathology payment, cause I have no extra money, literally.  I don't know what to do... I am a good person.   I just don't know what to do. My son pays for my cell phone, and now they are calling me two times a day.  The payment arrangement they want me to pay is 1500 a month.   I don't even earn that much a month.

These people have been calling my cell# and my parents #. How they got my parents # I wonder. They are unlisted and have only had it a few months.  They only leave part of a message but call 3-4 times a day even on Sundays. They called my employer and demanded to be transferred to my number and then got rude when my secretary refused to transfer the call.  1. when they call they can't say my name right
2. they told my dad that they would continue to call them until I called them back
3. when I call back they refuse to give me any information until I give them my ss#

Big scam I think. I have reported the number to the FTC

Probably an employee of said firm.
