- Tired of all this crap replies to olefox| 1 replyAmtrust Financial Services acquired Warrantech in September of this year. As they are operating under a new name, expect for them to not honor any of Warrantech's do not call requests.
Report them to the FCC as well as the do not call list. - TootsI also keep a running list of these unwanted calls and I also report them to www.donotcall.gov. I have the date, time etc. of these numbers who call. What is with these people - they call 7 days a week and sometimes twice a day, as late sometimes at 9 PM. I've asked them not to call. I've TOLD them not to call. I have blown an air horn in their ear and I have left the phone off the hook untill I hear the sound that lets me know they are no longer on the line. That at least ties up their line for a couple minutes that they can't call someone else.;
- Brett replies to Tired of all this crapNot true. All Do Not Call requests are being honored.
- BI am already on a no call list...I do not ask for or OK calls to me for marketing purposes at any time!

- j| 1 replyPlease put me on your do not call list: 612-703-8627.
Thank you,
J - dranobobI received this message. Make sure you file a complaint on the FCC website and make sure you are on the National Do Not Call List. If they call you, they are in violation and the more people who report this shady activity will only help shut people like this down

- dranobob replies to jYou have to put your phone number on the donot call list by going to the FCC's website. You are now displaying your cell phone/home phone number to everyone on the web. This website is clearly just for information about unknown calls.
- Patience| 1 replyI called back-waited a few minutes on hold and was connected to a nice lady. I asked her what product it was that she was calling about-it was for a 5 year old TV that wasn't even HD. We advised her we didn't want the additional warranty and requested to be placed on her do-not-call list. She asked if I understood that it meant we would never get a call from them again, and I told her I did. She was very nice in answering my questions.
Folks, I understand your frustrations. I have bills and stuff too, but if you just call these people, find out what they want, you can tell them not to call. Your wording has to be precise. They have to make sure you understand what you are asking. It's not unreasonable. Some people DO want to continue a warranty, so don't say you didn't give them the authority to call them-you did at some point, even if you don't realize it now. Pity that so many phone reps have to take abuse because of bad reps that don't do their job right. I must say though, that if Warrantech or Amtrust or whatever would leave a message, it would make things easier. Just a simple, "Hey Mr/Mrs. Whatever, we are calling about the service plan on your thingamabob... We'll call again later." Might make it easier to take!- Caller: Warrantech

- Patience my [***] replies to PatienceYeah fool, scammers LOVE IT when you call them.
These subhumans deserve every bit of abuse they get AND THEN SOME. Sounds like you work there. How disgusting a person do you have to be to have such as disgusting job? Most people would be physically sick if they had to post this kind of crap for their "job". You are a sick disgusting low life SCAMMER and you are not fooling anybody on this site. - kljjhopkinsAlready on Do Not Call List. Have received multiple calls from Warrantech. Have never done business with them and do not own any extended service contracts.

- KyleAnother spam call from this company, why do they ignore the "Do Not Call Registry"?
- Annoyed replies to BrettGo to hell, Brett and Warrantech.
- JEANAIf you have had a warranty on an appliance with WarrenTech they can call you and it does not matter if you are on the Do Not Call list..but if you ask them (their company) to not call you then they shouldn't. I did have a warranty with them for a washing machine (which I now do not have) so am unsure why I have gotten a call.. but just wanted to add my two cents..

- JayA person from this number called my cell phone asking for a family member. Would not identify themselves by name or company. Refused to identify themselves at anytime. Asked me who I was repeatedly. My response was simply I do not confirm who I am to mystery/unknown callers. Representative popped off to me, was very rude - - so I hung up.
Unbelievable! They were calling me, they would not identify themselves, and they were rude to me because they expected me to identify myself and/or connect them to someone without knowing who in the heck was calling!
Call them and complained at their HQs - - (817) 785-6601- Caller: Warrantech
