They just called me wanting me to extend my warranty for a Microwave Oven that was purchased from Appliance Mart. I do not know how they got all my info because I have never been to that store nor have I purchased a microwave ever in my life.

Please quit calling me. If I have not answered the phone the twenty-five times you have called this week.  When are you going to figure out that people have a caller ID and that they have no intentions of everanswering your calls?

RE: sanitycheck's comment. I have not purchased ANYTHING that came with with a warranty offer in over 10 years. I did not fill out the warranty application.
Any appliance I have ever purchased I have NEVER purchased a warranty or filled out any application from the appliance provider.
So that shoots his theory that they have a right to call me as an end user of their services to h- e--double hockey sticks.
My opinion is places like Radio Shack P>C> Richards etc, sell your info to these clowns, then they start calling you.

Don't know what planet you all come from, but I have used Warrantech for several years on my wide screen, I have used their services and never a complaint. This company is not a telemarketing company.

If you actually use Warrantech for several years, that means your wide screen must be broken many times by using their service.  You only use warranty when your stuff is broken, not when it's not broken.  You pay them to keep their jobs to harass us, that's what you do.

We get 3 or more calls a day.  it is Warrantech.  They let it ring but don't leave a messae.  This has been going on for several months.  Guess it's telemarketing

Stop calling. If it's important enough for me to call you back, it would be important enough for you to leave a message.  I've received dozens of calls from 817.786.1092 days, evenings, weekends. NEVER a msg. QUIT!

I received repeated calls from this number, which is aggravating because I have my cell phone with me during business meetings, etc.  After seeing the posts on this website and calling to request to be put on the Do Not Call list,  I was told that I was contacted because the factory warranty on a product I purchased last year is about to expire.  From the tone of the customer service rep with whom I spoke, I sense that the staff is pretty worn down by constantly dealing with unhappy consumers who are miffed by the repeated disturbance.  Regardless of the legality of your practice, I highly suggest that you guys change your business model.

My number is on the National Do Not call list and I would appreciate it if you would follow the law concerning calls trying to sell me extended warranties. Take this as the one and only notice that you will receive from me. The next will be handled thru my attorneys channels.

There is a nice tour of their facility with a map showing their location of their in Bedford TX,, a view of the lobby, call center, and board room. Can some of our Texas complainants pay them a personal visit?

I am getting harassing calls about them needed "info" about my student loan, which I don't even have.  I am also on the do not call list.  I am going to report them

I've been called at least four of five times a week and it's really annoying. I never get a voicemail so I never call back, but you guys keep calling. It's annoying. Please stop.

Keeps calling me every day and I'm getting pissed off.  Somebody needs to put these guys out of business.
