Received 2 calls in 2 days. Very same info as posted on others'  entries- owe $399.00 CALL BACK TO GIVE INFO FOR REFUND -which I do not plan to do. 1st phone # I deleted from voice mail. Today the number to call back is 213-295-1315 -Steve Richards. Gave only the company name as VTech Solutions. Said they had installed  an antivirus protection on my computer earlier and this call back was to get refund of $399.00 if I wanted to cancel.

The same thing just happened to me, only the robo voice told me it was from "David Thompson" from customer relations. Like you, I have never had this service. I have also received this message before.

i reveived the same message today. My bank said that this is a scam.

Just received this call ............ left voicemail on my cell.    Um, no..............total scam.     My caller ID was just showing UNKNOWN CALLER.....was able to block.   These bottom feeders/low lifes/scum need to be shut down.   Need to find real jobs instead of scamming people for their $$.     UGH!   Blocked and now way will be calling these idiots back.

Received the same call with a caller I’d of 000-000-0000. Will not call back

Received a call from Vtech Solutions....same as others before.  Phone number was different for me to call back.  Sounded like someone from India when I did call back.  I hung up on him knowing it had to be a scam.

This call was saying something about automatically charging me $399 if I didn’t call and cancel within 48 hrs. I don’t want to call the number. I didn’t authorize this. Is it a scam?!

The previous message I sent failed to include the number called from. It is 276-296-0357. The mans name was James Martin, Customer Relations Manager.

I just received this call. Figured it was a scam. Someone trying to get a card number or bank account info, so they could charge you, rather than return your money, that was never charged. Still I was curious, so I called. Was an Indian fellow. He was very insistent that I receive this form to fill out so I could get my $399 back. I told him that for that price it must be a great service and I’d like to keep it. He then proceeded to inform me that it was $399 a month. I said $4,000 a year, wow, it must be really good. Can I get that for my other computers too? He hung up on me!

Just received the same message with the same call back number, 276-262-0372 with Sean Martin as the named customer service agent.

Call came from a 614-360-1224 (unavailable) number showing on my phone caller ID not 832-318-6291. Said it was a confirmation call and I would be charged an unspecified amount unless I call v-tech customer relations rep Sean Martin @ 276-262-0372 to cancel a subscription ( didn't say a subscription to what) for a refund.

Got a recorded message saying that they were Vtech and going to charge a $399 bill to me if i didn't call them back in forty-eight hours at 203-590-7626

Same message but different #. 614 360-1224 called me “David Jones”. Call back # 540 407-8559. Definitely a scam.

Same here - have been receiving calls about a refund for $299 but today, the call said that I would be charged $399 from VTech Solutions and had to call back 213-295-1315 - Harry Harris within 48 hours to cancel and receive a refund.  Not calling anyone back and had better not see a charge for $399 either.  Sorry scum should be locked up where there are no phones to try and scam people out of their hard earned money.

Mom received the V-tech solutions call on her VM.  Call back number 213-295-1315. Harry Harris is now the stated Customer Relationship Manager.  She reported it to the FTC.

I've gotten two different calls. One from David Thompson 847 458-9404  and another from an account manager lady at 201 345-4876. I had not authorized a charge and have not been charged so far. You would think VTech would investigate. One call came from 806 927-2088.
