I just got this call-the number they used was 516 795-1719.  I'm not going to call them-has anyone who ignored the call gotten billed for the $399? Thanks for your input.

The call I got was a local number but told me yo call 209-260-8927 someone named Shane Wilson .

Got same message unfortunately I was stupid did call back, they got into my computer it said my antivirus was expired. I did not give them any banking information but I'm afraid they might have gotten from there. Am calling my bank and credit card company. I thought I was smarter than that.🤨😭🤮

Called and said $399 will be charged for renewal of anti virus and call within 24 hrs to cancel

I received the same call of $399.00 being charged to my card. Why can’t something be done about these calls.

Received same message told to call 661-228-7300 and name I was given was Lucifer Smith.

Receiv d call from v tec solutions were going to charge me 399.00 to a service I did not have.  I did not return call.

I received the exact same message  ,but a different number (606)947-1458 the name of the manager was Daniel Webber.  What a scam!!!

We just got the same call. I called the number it came from, which was not a good number, then called the number bar they left to respond to. I called and told them to f off. I dont have an account with them

I also received a phone message renewing a service for $399 and that I would be charged within 24 hours. They said to call the number to cancel within 48 hours. He said his name was James McGill, Customer Relationship Manager. The number on my Caller ID  came up as Ms. Gilbert, 406 846-4163. The phone number I was supposed to call to cancel was: 209/260-9549. I made a complaint to the FTC.

I was to call back Manager Michael Jordan. I just laughed about that one. Lol

They called my dad. Left message on his answering machine. Because of SOOOOO MANY scam calls we don’t answer the phone anymore.
