Yes, I just received the same message on my answering machine!! And guess what? I just purchased a V-tech cordless ID phone from Ebay!! So this is where they prob. got my phone info from--and a lead for a new sucker if you call back

Different company.  Try not to be so paranoid.  By the way those phones should not even be called a phone.

I just got almost an exact call like that. It has to be a scam! It came across as UNKNOWN NAME and left a voice mail ( automated) saying the same thing.
It’s definitely a scam.

My father-in-law just got this voice mail from "Kevin Johnson" (not the former basketball player and mayor, I assume, haha) leaving call-back number 804-50509832. Robo voice said he is customer relations manager and there will be a $399 renewal charge to credit card for anti-virus software unless he calls to cancel within 48 hours. He said his ID is NOTEASY21WEEK. I told my father-in-law not to call back but watch his credit card account, just in case. There should be a special place in hell for these people.

I have never had  VTech solutions as my anti virus

Got this call indicated as potential spam, Denis in VTEc customer service, $399. charge, etc. Blocked.

This is the automated voicemail from a number in Ebensburg, PA I just received as well.  I don’t have V Tec, and hoping this is a scam that won’t charge me.

That is not even close to what I posted.  I doubt Norton will catch anything related to this.

Received same msg.  Did call 203-836-8805.  He wanted me to turn on my computer.  But he would not give me any information about this contract that I do not have. He would not tell me why was he sending me money back that I didn't give him. Then he hung up on me.

Got a call from 814-419-3873  number and the same thing.. vetch.. charging 399.00 if I want a refund call back 201-371-3951 within 48 hours... I didn’t.. dirtbag scammers 😡
