I received a call this morning from VTECH Solutions (caller ID came up as "Not Available  187867").  The voicemail stated I would see a charge for $399 if I did not call 213-478-9688 within 48 hours to cancel subscription.  The caller identified himself as Steve Richard, the Customer Relationship Manager.    I have not contracted any services from this company and will ignore as I suspect this is the latest SCAM.

Call came from V-Tech - $399.00 charged to my account.  Needed to call 203-590-7626 within 48 hrs. to get a refund.  name was Charles Lewis 0 customer relations.  They need to get a life.

Caller ID showed "Russia" they left a vm stating it was V TECH Solutions, They were going to charge my bank $199.00 if I didn't call with in 48 hrs to cancel. they left  617-843-3383 as a call back #

Same call regarding renewal of Anti virus. Have never done business with V Tech. Caller said his name is  Michael Hissen  Accts. Mgr. CID showed #176887 Number to call to cancel (786) 610-5287.  I'm 83 yrs. old, but know a scam when I hear one. I feel sorry for the real V Tech Co. with scammmers using their name.

same call, same caller.  the 786 610 5287 number.  Just a couple days before Nancy B's call.  So glad I figured it was a scam.

Who is this Co.  and what are they going to charge me for?  This sounds like a scam which I will report to the states attorney general if this company trys to bill me for any amount!!!

You sound like exactly the type of person they are looking for.  One who gets all worked up and then calls them and gives them all the credit card info they ask for.  Up until that point they would have had nothing and would not have been able to charge or refund anything.

Just call a call my cid showed UNKNOWN CALLER UNKNOWN NUMBER which ia already a dead giveaway.  Same message but wanted call back to 203-550-3966 for David Jones Manager can't charge anything when they don't have a credit card to charge.

Today Oct 30 th 2019 got same scam -Alex Thompson $399

So glad we have the internet. Got the same call with different name and number (showed on caller ID as unknown) with the same script on voicemail. I called back A man named Daniel Parker answered the phone saying Hello and not the business 1st red flag I told him I wanted to know what this was in reference too and He told about a subscription charged that was about to hit my account. I kept asking what type of account, I really could not understand him. He said the only way to cancel was to go to my computer and sign in on web he would led me too. 2nd red flag.  I told him I was not in front of my computer and to call me back. I need to to make sure that it wasn’t something I had forgot to cancel and I wanted to know if there was anything on the internet concerning them. Thanks to you all who posted. It saved me!🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Same message from Vtech about virus protection and $399 charge. Didn’t respond.

Received voicemail that was half-cut off saying VTEC solution if I want to cancel the subscription and get a refund then call him at 412-312908 due to the Cipro cancellation should be within 48 hours upon receiving this confirmation call Kevin Johnson, relationship manager

Just got the same message today but with a different manager name from 412 091 4475

Received call on November 8, 2019 at 3:12 pm. Caller stated he was from v-tech Solutions. All the same info as related by others. This time the Customer Manager was called Dennis Wilson and the number to cancel the $399.00 charge was 213-245-2211. My caller ID read Deerfield Beach, FL 954-429-5750. Of course I ignored it.

I have received multiple calls. First voicemail, call back in 48 hours or you will be charged $399.99 from VTech. Got this one twice. Got another voicemail saying that they see I called them back...which I didn't... and I should call them if I wanted to cancel my auto renewal of $399.99. The voicemail I just got they gave me a confirmation code and said I had 24 hours to call back 203 590-7626 or be charged $399.99. I'm glad I found this page and now know it is a scam!

Received exact phone call but number to return call was 203-664-8748. Person calling identified himself as Rogers Brooks from Customer Services.
