Ann keeps telling me to consider this my last opportunity to lower my credit card interest rate.  I keep hoping that it truly is, but they keep calling back, so I guess its not.  I always play along and keep them on the line as long as possible.  I use $40,000 in credit card debt spread out over 13 cards.  Interest rates run between 12 and 29.95%.  Its great fun to mess with them.  I think I enjoy it a little too much.

I think what is going on is that the number was used by a call center for different scams. At one time they were generating leads for timeshares and possibly sold those leads to various time share companies who then called the leads and were then associated with the robocallers.

What you say is kind of true.  It  wouldn't be so bad if they were not so rude.  They don't even dial the numbers, it's robotic.  The DNC Registry only works when they get a "number" of complaints about the same number.  They do not act before then.  As for the call blocking, it is impossible to buy one that would block the number of telephone numbers telemarketers have.  I have cable and I can only block 10 and it is not extendable.  When I see the unfamiliar numbers now, I don't answer.  I just come here to see if anyone is getting the same calls and if so I ignore.  If the number does not show up in any of my searches, I call them back to see who and what they want.

They spoof caller id's and the calls are robot dialing. Screw the people that work for this sleaxebag outfit.

Not all of us have the ability to block numbers that call our phones. I wish I did!

When is someone going to remove these scumbags from the planet? They have no value, and serve no purpose. Might as well use them for practice. Aim gets better, world becomes better. A surefire way to unite the world: clean out the cockroaches.

These people call me frequently and when I push #1 to speak to a rep, I usually ask where they are calling from- they hang up on me and when I try and call back, my call won't go through. They call my home and I never answer that but somehow they have managed to get my cell # so now they are blowing up my cell. How can I get these people to stop call me? Please advise!

I get these calls all the time and have ask them to quit calling.  Then they go into I must not know how to manage my money because they are offering me a lower rate and I am not smart enough to take it.

I just got a call from them and it's one of those "lower your credit score" type deals.  I stayed on the line to get them to take me off their list, and it took a few rings.  The guy on the line gave a heavy sigh and went "you [***] win" when I politely asked to "please" be removed.  =\  Classy.

Received calls from Credit Card Service’s for the last 8 months on my mobile phone. My phones are on the DO NOT CALL LISTS. I have asked them to quit calling, I have reported them, I have made police reports. I decided to play the game since they hang up when you ask them to stop.

Had the call from the 8323773059 today. I pressed the # 1 for yes I wanted to talk to someone, when the guy got on the phone and asked if I was $5000.00 or more in debt I said yes. (I don't have any credit card debt). He then asked "Ball Park" how much debt I had. I said $385,000.00. He stated your lying Mr. (my last name). I said first of all that’s not my name and yes I was in debt that much. He got very mad and started yelling at me that it was against the law to lie about my debt.

I kept on and he kept getting madder. Seems to me if he would report me to the police I would have the info I needed for my police reports I have filed on this company for harassment. I suggest all of you to do the same. Fill them with a bunch of crap and see how mad you can get them. Make it worth their time. They want to continue to play a game; I suggest we hit the ball out of the park.

I have asked and told them to stop and that I am on a do not call list. They say it takes 24 hours to get my # removed. This has been going on for quite some time (well over the 24 hour period) to remove.

this is a CC intrest reduction company, they hang up if you ask questions, and when i try to call back i get this verizon line is no longer in service

They have called several times and when I try to ask a question they hang up. Today I spoke with a male and told him to take me off of their calling list. He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. Then he told me to stop responding to the calls! I told him he did not understand, I don't want "you" calling MY number. This is a disturbance to me. The recording says I qualify for a lower interest rate on my credit card.

Unbelievable!! Guess what kind of advertisement is on this blog!! "Lower your credit card interest rate". How can this be stopped????

The calls are on behalf of this guy's business, a credit card service. He is probably the source behind all of this...
