The people making these calls are not telemarketers, they are criminals, they are identity thieves, they are the lowest people you can imagine. If you can find any way to make their lives unpleasant, god bless you. I have complained to the phone company, the credit card company, the FCC, the FTC. Guess what. Nobody cares!!!!!!!! They are dependent on making a high volume of calls, however, so if you can keep them on the phone, please do. Be warned that the response may be obsenity and threats.

I do not even own a credit card. I have tried repeatedly for months to tell them to stop calling. They just hang up. I have never been so frustrated in my life.

5 calls today 1 cell and 4 home had it this is how I will handle this problem from now on ! answer press 1 when they answer blow a whistle in their ear .

Every time you get a call buy yourself a whistle and blow it in their ear.

Call your phone company tell they you will change service if they can't stop the calls

This is annoying I cannot find any real information on this number I have (like all of the people here) researched and researched these numbers and came up with nothing.  I thin waisting their time is the best thing we can do.  They hang up on me if I ask for a name, or location or hey quit calling.  I have even been laughed at by the rep.  They need to go away.

I disagree with you.  These people are rude and out of line in their response to 'put me on your do not call list'.  I have had a lady literally yell at me and tell me she doesn't have to and since they are not a telemarketer (really?)  she doesn't have to.  Usually they just hang up.  I am getting one of those whistles for the next time they call.  That should put me on the list...

This is a recording of Rachel from cardholder services.  She calls my cell phone and my home phone and I am getting tired of these calls constantly.  Someone needs to stop these people!

The main problem is its hard to get a real person on the phone, to tell them to remove the # from there list. Since they hang up this would be a clue that they are not a ligitamate business. I know in my state tele marketers are not to hang up on customers. Must be some way to block the calls on my phone but haven't figured it out yet. One of the best things is to keep a log. Make sure to to note if you have told them to remove your number, they have so many weeks before it has to be done, and if not, then if you have a log of the calls that come   after that date, times and dates, who you talked to, as many details as you can get. I'm not sure if it would be, a better business bureau or exactly who to report it to. There is laws to help, but to find the ones who will help reinforce them is the problem I find all the time

Thought the people calling are not the ones who generate the number they are still breaking the law, and it is their fault.  These sales calls are begun by a recorded call, which they should also know is illegal.  To say they bear no responsibility is like a guy saying, "I didn't rob the bank I just drove the car for my employer".

I don't think anyone wants to "inflict pain".  They just want them to stop calling.  If these folks were so innocent why do they hang up when you ask them to put you on their "Do NOT Call" list.

The problem with the call blocker is that many/most of the numbers are fake.  Block this number, and they just create a new fake number.  I blocked numbers till I reached the limit of the numbers that could be blocked.

This company calls and calls. I am on the national do not call list and they dont care. Make sure you report them. Maybe if they start getting fined they will stop.

I have received three calls from this number in less than a week.  I have asked to be removed and Michael begrudginly agreed to remove my phone from the call list.

They also have told me they would remove me from their calling list. Then they hung up. They didn't ask me what my number was! Of course I still get calls every few days from them.

Dont give them any info! Not your name, number, or card numbers!! They accumulate the info, and sell it to other scammers in different countries.

This company calls numerous times a dy to my cell phone.  when i ask them to remove me from their calling list, they use profanity.

What I want to know is: Why do none of the cell phones offer call blocking? If one did, I would be with them in a second!
