These people ARE NOT worthy of your sympathy! Most of the time they SWEAR at you and SLAM the phone down if you ask them ANYTHING.  I'm all for blowing whistles. They SUCK.
(I asked a person for a manager because I wanted to be removed from their calling list and she laughed, said -and I quote- "That's not [***] going to happen." and slammed the phone down on me.)

I want them to stop calling me, for the past 6 months I get the last and final call, when will this stop!!!!!

Do you want to really get the calls from Credit Card Services to stop? This is how I did it. I found the man responsible for the calls. He is listed with the Secretary of State for California as the agent for SBN Peripherals, the company that is making the calls. His name is Hans Smit Duyzentkunst and his home phone number is (818) 879-9994. (He lives in Agoura, California. I called him and told him politely that I didn't want the calls any more. He said he is no longer in charge at the company. I told him I understood, but the state of California thinks he is still there. So every time I get a call, I will call him and ask politely to stop. I had to call him twice. The calls stopped immediately from all his numbers. Now I get a call about once every 2 or 3 months. I guess that is when they start a new round.

Unwanted calls from this an many other numbers -- always a recording identifying itself as "ANN with ACCOUNT SERVICES'
I have called the number back and get a recording stating "...this number is not in service..."  How can they continue making calls from numbers that are not in service?  IT'S IRRITATING !!!!!

I have received calls from 832-377-3059 for months several times a week-twice today already. I have dialed 1 and the guy comes on and I tell him to remove me from his call list and he tells me that he will do it but it will take about 30 days to become effective.  What a joke!  Nothing works!

I pushed 1 to talk to the person and she went into her conversation and I asked to speak to a manager because I have asked numerous times to be removed from this list.  She told me, "That is too bad Mrs. XXX, because you will continue to get these calls!" and promptly hung up!

This is one of the biggest scams going. Would love to meet them in person with a bucket of stuff to throw on them.

I too am tired of these a$$holes.  They call at all hours and from 3-5 different numbers.  I decided that I would fight back - at least waste their time.  I will answer their questions with the answers that will keep them engaged.  They are looking for folks with more than 5000 in cc debt and a high interest rate.  I feed them some information then say I need to go look up something they ask for.  Generally these scumbags will feed on the possibility of grabbing an unsuspecting fool and will not hang up in fear of missing a new sucker.  I will just put the phone down and every 2-3 minutes pick it up and say still looking - please be patient.  

They will finally get impatient and try to move on to the next question....  but I will not let them.  Then out of the blue I will say well, really I am just working and keeping you on the line.  All I wanted to do was waste your time as a payback for all the calls you waste my time on....  They female in the office will usually get very upset that she was scammed and start getting uppity about wasting HER time.    In my office there are three of us who get these stupid calls.  The longest  we have kept them on line has been just over 30 minutes.

I have repeatedly asked for these guys to stop calling.  Pressed 1 to speak with someone, the lady that answered asked if I wanted to lower my interest rate, so I said sure.  She asked what my highest interest rate was, so I told her 18%.  She asked me for my highest balance - I told her $45k.  She paused for second (I'm sure she thought she hit the jackpot!) and asked me if it was a Visa or MC.  I told her it was a Visa.  She stopped again and said "you're pulling my leg, right?"  and I said "I sure am!  I have asked repeatedly to be removed from your call list!"  She hung up.

Computer called, Rachel was inquiring about card services. Totally bogus.

Why am I on the Do Not Call list if you don't abide by it, just what in the heck do I have to do to make you understand, don't call me, ever!! CFS (can't fix stupid)!!

Well they do injury me everytime they call my cell phone and it cost me minutes off my plan.
I like the whisle idea...may have to try that one while at a basketball ball.

When I asked them to put me on their DO Not Call List the operator said, "No ma'am, I do not do that." I then asked for the number to call for that purpose. Of course they hung up on me.

This time they said they were with "Account Services" and wanted to lower my interest rate on my credit cards.

I get the same thing.  It is very irratating.  I have contact the do not call number several times and I still keep getting these calls.  I hav answered it before and when I say I am on the do not call list they just hang up.  I keep putting these types of numbers on my call reject list.

I have been nice for six months! I'm sick of this [***]! I talk to a rep everytime they call and they either laugh and hang up when I asked to be removed or tell me that it's not gonna happen! They are dirty scam artist and need to be in prison!

how can we stop these people?  would be great if the FCC would step in but nobody does.  I just received this phone call on my cell phone while I was at work.  without thinking I answered it and nobody was there.  I don't think I scared them off, I did add the number to my reject list and I have reported them to the do not call registry,

I receive a call at least 2 to 3 times a week from Card Holder Services.  I do not carry credit card balances and have not been able to get them to stop calling.

I get calls from "Rachel with Card Holder Services" every day and sometimes more than once a day. When I select 1 to speak with an agent, no one ever even bothers to come on the the line. What a waste of my time! Not to mention, I an on the Do Not Call list so it should also be against the law. On top of that the number they call from is bogus, which should also be illegal!!
