- . replies to Address for TranscontinentalThen the address is fake.
Other "suites" at that address appear to be legitimate businesses, so it's probably not a mail drop.
You could verify through the property management firm. If you don't trust Gulf Coast, contact the cancer institute in the same building, and ask them how to contact the property manager.
They don't care if you send some dispute or other notice, nor do they care if they receive it or not, since they intend to ignore it anyway. Fake debt collectors have no interest in receiving mail from you.
They're trying to get your payment over the phone anyway. - hoganssomebody called me with the name of investigator calvin stating somebody made a complaint against me?? but the call kept getting cut short. .
- Caller: blocked number
- Citizen Taking ActionReport this person immediately to the PA Sheriff; 570.963.6719. They are a scam. They say you have a restraining order against you but they are actually trying to collect on old debt that has been settled or paid. They are currently going by the name of Centeral Processing Services but you cannot find them anywhere on the internet. They will only be stopped by the law, so call the sheriff now. If they call you more than once call your local police department as well (that is what the sheriff told me to do). DO NOT give them any information or verify anything.

- William MThis message I got was from some lawyer name Dominick Spencer calling from phone number: 832-390-6008, claiming that they filed a subpoena against me for a loan they claimed I applied for back in 2011, which at the time, I didn't have a bank account. He'd attempted to threaten me with a warning to lock my social security number to stop my government benefits, which is 1. ILLEGAL & 2. out of their jurisdiction.
- KimberI received a call from 832-390-6008 from someone claiming to be an attorney by the name of Jack Williams that stated that there has been a case filed against me for fraud and I needed to call back immediately and he wished me good luck. Such bull [***]!

- Bruce StoneThey called with the same process server baloney-- for my wife in her maiden name-- when I started asking questions--they hung up-- but not before I got a recording of their illegal tactics. They also called my son--who barely knows my new wife-- and left her personal info on his phone-- clear criminal activity. Submitted them to the BBB in Houston and to the FCPB and have a call in to a buddy of mine who used to sit on the board of the FTC-- I want these scum in jail where they belong.
