Someone from this phone number has called my spouse, my ex mother-in-law and myself, stating they have a complaint against me.

This company called my cell phone number looking for my EX HUsband....shame on them. I"m not responsible for his bills anymore. I put this number in my call filter as spam! Why isn't there a business name associated with this number??

Called stating there was a complaint against my daughter.  Sounded like a computer generated voice and then another one that said her name.  It is a scam, I have seen it before but they always have new numbers, but the message is always the same "A formal complaint has been issued."  BEWARE

Vm to txt:  Hello my name is Michael Carter. I'm calling today in regards to a formal complaint that's been filed against (me).  If you have any information as to the whereabouts of (me).  Please contact our office immediately at 833-225-9739.  Again that number is 8-933-225--9739.  Our next step will be notified of the proper authorities.  Thank you.

got the same message, why don't  these people get a real job and stop trying to scam innocent people.  Shame on all of you!!!

This number called my dad stating they were going to involve authorities. He was concerned and had me call. They claim I took out an online loan a few years ago, gave me the last 4 of my social, and an address i haven't lived at in 10 yrs. When I asked for them to send me mail or even an email with the company saying I took out the loan, the loan amount, and THEIR contact information she started getting pushy and refused. I told her I know my rights as a consumer and I have a legal right to that information. Again she refused to give it to me. I call SCAM

I received a voice-mail on my work phone just now, exactly the same message as above.  I'm positive it is a scam because they didn't even say my correct name.  It was kind of close to how it sounds, if perhaps they heard my name somewhere (maybe their computer calls random numbers and gets names from voice-mail messages), but if they saw my name in print, they wouldn't have mispronounced it that way.  The last name started with a different letter than my last name.  LOL.  It just bugs me because it wastes my time, and I would hate for someone to fall for their scam.  (If they notify the proper authorities, the authorities will be going after this other name and not me :-))

I am not too keen on threats or spam calls, so I called the # back and a man answered, when I asked him the name of the company he said RAM Mediation LLC, advsd and he hung up, I called the # back and sw a female who said this is a private company and their office is in Charleston, NC, asked if she can give me the physical address she refused, stating she had to confirm my identity, I informed her I did not have to confirm my identity to get information about a company that is making threats to me. she refused to provide me I told her I would be filing a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General's office for harassment and she immediately put me on hold and said she would get a supervisor and requested I wait on hold, but she left me on hold for more than 5 mins and never came back on the line. I will be reporting this # to authorities.

Want information on some person, called into a private nurse line, not sure where they are getting their numbers but they say they are RAM ? agency not sure but they seem to be fraudulent or at the very least very sketchy I would not give them any information if about anyone. Threatened on original voicemail to notify the authorities.  Go ahead please do!!

Got the same call, checked out the number by reverse lookup and network trace and found the following information:

the status date shows last change of status to the account. (meaning open or updated.)
The number is hidden. Not a common practice on callback numbers to a legit company.
I am going to ignore and block the call. just sayin.

They just called me and I did not answer. Hope this isn't a habit for them.

Wow... Looks like a lot of us got this call within mins of each other. Yeah, absolutely NO reason for me to receive a call like that so completely spam!

Same as the above Michael Carter my daughter's name computer voice generated saying a formal complaint has been filed against her wanting me to call them to inform them of her current whereabouts failure to do so is going to Force them to contact the proper authorities

I receive calls from these trolls usually around two time periods per year for the last 3 years. They call between January and April (when people get their tax refunds) and then again towards the end of the year around the holidays (November and December). Total scammers. They have called my cell, my husband, my extended family, my sisters ex-husband, and as of today both my husbands and my direct line at our place of employment. When you answer the phone do not say the word "yes", they use this and audio clips of your voice to pose as you and accept agreements on your own behalf. Left a robo call telling me there has been a complaint filed against me and I must call back immediately or local authorities will be contacted.  The call starts out as one voice then says my name in another voice.

I received the identical message just now, except it was a “formal complaint against my brother”! What a crock, I’m glad I googled the number and found this website. Thanks for posting.

My son received a call same thing as all of you regarding his father. Hmmmmm total scam!

Called the landline but the phone company I use says on the caller ID that it's a 800 service lol. It got blocked by the no more robo calls blocker you all know what I mean but can't say the website as per rules of this site.

My poor mother is receiving these calls about me, my grandmother, and my uncle! It is most definitely a scam and it happens every year around tax time! It’s ridiculous
