Mans name is Michael Carter.  He said to please call or the next step is to notify proper authorities.  I blocked them from calling my cell phone but they have called my neighbor and my place and of employment.

YES YES YESS!!! You have the exact thoughts as I do! They call almost always around tax time AND around the holidays! WHO DOES THAT?!?! Not to mention that it is not a valid debt in any way, shape, or form!!  And calling everyone in your family!! SOOO frustrating.

Same as everyone else.  In the past I have told them to go ahead.....contact the “proper authorities” and laughed at them.  They have been doing this to me for the past 5 years.

Called me to have me call them back saying the same things I called back asked for a number to call who I supposedly owed money too they said it's not my concern I said it was I never had a loan she said see you in court I said see you on the news behind bars when they arrest you scam artists and she hung up so I repeatedly called and they kept hanging up

Same as all the other complaints. Though they’re looking for my ex-husband that I haven’t spoken to in 20 years. Every time they call, I block them, only for them to call back with a different number. This has been going on for at least 5yrs.

I too received this same call.  I called them back and got a very meek sounding woman who explained that I owed them over $1000 for a online loan I took in 2010.  These people have been calling me since 2005 with the same crap. In 2005, I supposedly owed them $315.   I told her I did not take a payday loan and did not owe them a cent.  Her meek voice suddenly got very aggressive and she said, If I did not pay immediately, they would call the local Police agency and have me arrested.  (This threat is not new to me from these morons).  I asked that they send me validation that this loan is legitimate.  They refused stating that they are tired of dealing with my excuses and are taking further action.  My reply was "Go ahead.  I want you to take action.  I dare you to take action"  She hung up and a week later the same process started all over again with the call from Michael (who, by the way is a recorded message.  I would say that this company is dangerous and illegal and NO ONE should ever send them money.  This company is preying on the public  and getting people to send money because they are afraid that they will be taken to jail or worse, they just want it to go away.

Same call as others have posted. They did same around holidays, so my spouse asked them, in a somewhat worried voice, if they got the fruitcake we sent. Didnt stop the calls it seems, but at least we got a laugh at these idiots expense. They dont handle insanity very well.

This number called my daughter,son in law and my son. Same message is left. Saying there is a complaint against me. It scared my kids and me. It’s horrible

Yep, they've called me and other family members.  Michael Carter -RAM LLC A mediation company???  833-280-5187.....I called them back they hung up when I asked what company they were - I called back again - got some girl and read her the riot act.

I called them back 3 times - said they are out of Charlotte NC

now they have new number which is 833-354-7492! Same Michael Carter and same message! Look out for new number.

This is what you say, “I’m recording this call as are you so bylaw I request a cease-and-desist  (tell them ur phone number) and all other contact information you have concerning me, my family and this number. And I’ll file a formal complaint with the FBI that you are leaving threatening voicemails trying to bully me into your scam. By law, you’re not allowed to ever call this number again. Tell them if they were smart they would know that civil complaints cannot be resulted in an arrest. It’ll be in civil court.

I have been receiving phone calls from this number for going on 3 years now..always the same message, always the same crap.  Interestingly enough nothing shows up on my credit report as being outstanding nor have I taken out any loans from shady companies.  They have called family members on cells and work.  I am getting beyond pissed off as what they are doing is illegal but they don't stop!

We have gotten these calls as well. The first was in dec called my cell and mother in laws landline and my daughters cell for a formal complaint agianst my husband. We ignored and then yesterday 4/10/18 I got 3 diffrent phone calls all resticted number display for the asked for my hubby then they called again asked for me then they called third time asked for my sister in law. I finally got on the line and told them where to go.

Same experience! Bizarrely the person they claim to be calling about is a guy I worked with over ten years ago--how they linked us together is kinda creepy...
