Same as above but they used both my first and last name.  I receieved a call on Friday and again just now, Monday at 5:15

Female robot call claiming to be Anthem came in at 9:30 pm. It said they "would like to go over important information" with me. I do actually have Anthem insurance. Caller ID said Andover, MA.

Received 2 calls supposedly from Anthem- one message stating my husband's name and the other my daughter.  Called again today and stated my daughters name and asked me to verify I was her and to enter or say her dob to verify myself...  Of course, I did not enter the info and I did say "representative" and recording didn't understand.  We are new Anthem customers, so I am thinking this is definitely a data breach and recent.

I received  voicemails from them . I called Anthem to report it and Anthem told me that call back phone number is legitimate. They said it came from  Innovation,Inc which is part of Anthem. I should not have listened to them. I called it , got a recording and now I'll probably get jacked up somehow.

Received a voicemail without the actual call ringing on my phone. Like other comments, robotic. I called Anthem BCBS. They said it's a third party they use, mainly to set up an annual appointment? Or sell something more. They also said they would put a note in my records stating I don't want these calls.

They were hacked several years ago & I was notified my data was breached. I started getting calls a few days ago same as everyone else posting & got suspicious & started researching. I suspect the hackers sold our data & are up to no good.

I don’t answer unknown numbers, so they left a robotic voicemail exactly as reported by others! Suspect a system hack at Anthem as the call back # does not match any #’s on my insurance card! Will call to report tomorrow.

Got a voicemail saying it was Anthem and they needed to discuss important information with me. They’ve never done this so I knew it was a scam.

Got a call asking to call back on this number yesterday. Contacted Anthem and they said it's a scam.

Received a robo-call and voicemail from this #1-978-783-0250, for my name to call back this #833-636-0996 because Anthem wants to go over some important information with me. It is after hours for the Member Service # on the back of my card. Highly suspicious scammer

Same number and message as the other comments. Leave message that its "Anthem" and use our policy holders name. They have been calling frequently. After customer service hours too.

Called on a Saturday and this is not the member services number I have.

Robotic message saying they’re from “Anthem” and requesting callback.   3rd call in so many days.

Received a call stating they were Anthem. When I called back my information could not be verified. It was a robotic voice-mail left with my name.

Same as everyone else. The Caller ID showed the number 978-783-0250, while the message claimed to be from Anthem, with a call-back number of 833-636-0996 and my full name inserted into the message. Both numbers are listed here at 800Notes with multiple complaints.
