They call 8-10 ties a day starting at 8am-10pm. They text 5 times and email me 3xs a day and its spectrum. Is this not illegal? I know my bill is due yet they continue this harassment weather I answer ot not.

Original creditors are only regulated in 5 states.  I'm not sure what the "weather" has to do with this.  Simple solution would be for you to pay your bills on time.

Same as others...the calls start @ 6 am and come in back -to -back all day long. I blocked the  number and now they call from a slightly different number. I kept all calls stored, because I was being harassed a week before my bill was even due! I have contacted a lawyer in case it's Spectrum for real.

I was very upset because I had made my payment already
