person called from  844-246-8944 said they were company named ACA ? Who are they ??

I received a recorded call from 678-456-4923 indicating that they are ACA and calling with a time sensitive manner. They do not state who they are looking for but say to call 844-246-8944.

I beleive they have to legally say who they are looking for and are not allowed to use autodialers.

A call from phone number 678-456-4923 came to my cell my cell phone.  Here's the message he left:

This is ACA. Please contact our office, regarding your account, at 844-246-8944 between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Eastern Standard Time. This matter is very time sensitive and requires your immediate attention. Once again, our number is 844-246-8944. Thank you

I Googled 678-456-4923 and see that this is clearly a SCAM!

A call from phone number 678-456-4923 came to my cell my cell phone.  Here's the message he left:

This is ACA. Please contact our office, regarding your account, at 844-246-8944 between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Eastern Standard Time. This matter is very time sensitive and requires your immediate attention. Once again, our number is 844-246-8944. Thank you

I received the identical call.

I received an identical message, the call itself came from the number (301)545-5509, which my phone tells me is a Maryland number, I didn't answer of course, but the voicemail was verbatim what others have stated.

It is a collection agency. American Credit Adjusters. They called but didn't say who they were looking for and left the same message as reported above.

Received a message from 301-545-5509, exactly as described above.

The Voice stated that I needed to call him back on a very important matter.About what? I just want this to stop.

That is exactly what my voice mail stated when the guy called me today. Didn't leave his name or anything except the number and that it requires immediate attention.

the number that called me was 301-545-5509 from Maryland.

Received call from ACA also 301-545-5509 they left message to return call to 844-246-8944.. I called the number lady talking about old payday loan from 2011.. I advised her the information she has was incorrect and they needed to do further research, my items were all cleared.  She said it showed open and that she could take a settlement.  I advised not going to happen to call my lawyer.

This message is a scam, by law they should estate the intention of the call and the nature of the company. When I called this number after getting the same message they asked me for my phone number without revealing who they are and the nature of the inquiry. By common sense if they called you they should know who you are specially if they claim that you have an account with them.  Report this number and let other people know that there is a big time scam using the aca's name. Don't give any information to them.
