Same as above. It is a collection agency or someone illegally using their name. in my specific case, I believe they are trying to collect a debt from the person who had my mobile number before me. I have been getting debt collection calls for 7 years on this same person and the collection agency just won't listen when  told  that theyvhave a wrong number

thay keep calling me and called them back they just don't stop untill i had to file a police report on them ( DO NOT CALL LIST FILE) is a of time I'M taking them as a total herasment

Called from a local area code spoofed number.  Left the identical message.  They are not registered with the Texas Secretary of State, so can't legally collect in Texas.  I'm looking for an address to send a letter.

these calls are 100% fraudulent. the company they're claiming to represent for a "delinquent payday loan" has already been sued by West Virginia Attorney General for fraud and the persons behind the fraud-calls are outlaws reduced to calling from overseas or Caribbean phone lines.

but unfortunately the first part of the scam involves you answering and verifying your info. they don't know who you are until you answer the phone or phone them back, and then your information is looked up via a slick "detective search tool"

they then try to scare you into paying but again, it's 100% fraud. and in one case they were busted by using a card breached via Target, Home Depot etc. the card number/info is still valid but ANY attempts to use it triggers a fraud alert. these scammers claimed the debt was $1600.00++. they attempted to charge that amount at a Beauty and Barber Shop in Las Vegas, NV while claiming their company was based out of Georgia.

If you've paid these creeps, you've just throw money away. whatever you do, don't phone them back, that verifies your number which is then passed along to other scammers like them

Received calls from every number listed here. Says I got a payday loan.  Never did.  Received these calls from dozens of numbers for over 4 years.  They are wanting my address,  etc so they can serve papers.  Spoke to the county.  They NEVER make these type of calls.

ACA claims to be a debt collector agency working for or collecting for "Riverside" payday loan company.  I have been contacted from 844-246-8944, 301-545-5509, 925-446-3779, 614-310-4948 and 844-229-3652.  There is a Mr. James Cox at one of these numbers and since they did not want to provide me with proof that I owed this debt, I used there own tactics and gave him my attorney's name and number to contact regarding this dispute.  Have not heard back from them about this so called debt.

I get continuous calls from this number 844-246-8944.  A recorded voice says to call them back for a time sensitive matter.  I want it to stop.

I received the same message as everyone else...."This is ACA. Please contact our office regarding your account at 844-246-8944 between the hours of 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. This matter is very time sensitive and requires your immediate attention. Once again, our number is 844-246-8944. Thank you".

But my call came from a different phone number. 605-299-4344 in South Dakota.

yes received same message, called my Lawyer who advised me not to contact them in any way and even if you have outstanding bills out there by law they have to inform you in the mail not by phone call, its all a scam and be careful.

This person is calling and they do not leave there name. They are calling from ACS. Indicated that it is time sensitive that called back between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm

Heres the message he left:This is ACA. Please contact our office, regarding your account, at 844-246-8944 between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Eastern Standard Time. This matter is very time sensitive and requires your immediate attention. Once again, our number is 844-246-8944. Thank you

I got the same call almost everyone else did here from an odd number saying to call this one.
