This person or company keeps calling me all the time. It is so annoying.

Unfortunately, it will never stop.  Officials will tell you that there are other cases that are more important.  These things happen all the time and people fall for the scam and give them the money.  Honest people who searched for a payday loan online get threatened like this.  The best thing to do is to NEVER search for money online.  This is what happens.

Got a call Nov 2 at 6:38pm since I did not reconize number I did not answer, they did not leave a message either. But from the posts I am glad that I did not pick it up. Another one added to the blocked list and the Scam contact. I keep adding numbers to it so if they call again I know who it is.

Calling me for over 3 years asking for florence wells

I keep getting calls from this number as well,  it's a recording saying that I have a claim number, but when I call the number it is not a working number, they even tried my sisters house and asked for me, and she called me wondering why they were calling her.

This constent calling is really pissing off to the point of changing my number really don't want to cause of having to change it everywhere and everyone....uhg!!!!

I have been receiving calls from this number, about a loan they say I got, I can't can't get any info from them like the name of the loan company it had been taken out or their website because they say they don't have one. When I try returning the call I get operator error.

Got a call from this number today. When I answered it I was told the call was for only me and if I wasn't me I was to hang up. If I was me they were calling in reference to a claim #XXXXXXXXXX and that I was to call back or press 0 to continue. When I pressed 0 got elevator music for 5 minutes. Hung up and tried to call back and got "busy" signal.

I keep getting a call from this number telling me they are taking me to court and the formation they have on me is so incorrect.  Not sure what they are even talking about.

I've received numerous calls but I've not answered.  Can the Feds do something about this?

Caller leaves a recorded message asking for a specific person. Saying this message is solely intended for that person and if you are not that person to hang up. Otherwise call the number back with a claim number.
Called today 3 times, yesterday twice and the day before twice. Now I blocked the number, but it is annoying.

I have been receiving calls on my cell phone and work phone from 844-279-7423 for the last 4 days. Always a recording referencing a claim number and to either call back or enter 0 to speak to a representative. I have tried to do both and get a busy signal. I have never spoken to a person yet. This is harassment and I am completing a complaint to CFPB. I would urge all other posters to do the same. It is obvious this is a scam and the more complaints the CFPB receives the better chance we have shutting these scum bags down.

Please call your phone company and complain about the spam call, if enough complain they can stop the spam call.

This number keeps calling me at least twice a day
asking for Susan Gill who we never heard if.
It is at the point of harassment AND you can never get to talk to anyone- this us so annoying. What can we do about this?

I am getting the same exact thing, I will call ATT to see what the can do.

Received two calls per day from 844-279-7423 for the past two weeks.  I answered once and was told I have an unpaid debt that's going to turned over to the authorities soon if I don't clear my debt within the next 48 hours.  I told them to mail the information to my home.  The people don't listen and just repeat the same thing each time they call.  This is definitely a scam because I don't have any unpaid debts!

Yup....the blasted my phone too.  Got a call at 1:00pm today.  Wasnt home. Didnt answer. But they left a message for me that was the same as happened to all of you.  Something like...They referenced me by name and that if the person listening to the message wasnt me..for them to hang up.  They said they are handling a claim in their office and gave a claim Id XXXXXXX, if I was on the line to press 0 for an operator or to call them back at 844-279-7423.  They tried this a couple months ago.  I didnt call back then either.
