But we get called by a different number everyday. Will reporting even help?

This number calls every day to say my daughter has a loan due and it must be paid to them right away.

Got a call from 844-279-7423 today saying they were MAP Processing. They have been calling over and over for about 3 weeks, except it used to be from a different number and that company was IPS Services. Both companies are using the same "claim #".  I have answered them and they claim I owe money on a payday loan from 2012. I didn't take out any payday loans and when I ask them to send me documentation they yell at me that they already attempted to send it to me and I disregarded it. I asked what address they sent it to and they gave me an address that I haven't lived at in 10 years. I told them that and they ignored that. They tell me they will settle with me for $400 if I pay right now. They are a total scam. They also called my husband and yelled at him that "your wife won't take care of her debts" and they also continued to call my eldely father and get him all worked up and worried about me. I reported them to the Attorney General's office but not much can be done.

This number keeps calling me stating that I owe them money. When I call back, I cannot talk to anyone to see what this is all about. I owe nothing to anyone. I think this is a scam.

I called these people back and they don't answer the phone definite scam

Aps reporting a debt owed by me prior to 2012. Coukd not give me a phone# to call the original debtor. Amount 560.

Call blocker might be of some help.  Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd.  Or where there is no caller ID

they keep calling for Sherry Coffey. Every Day

They just called me with that number thanks for the info. If any one works with the news that would help to report this I fel bad for people that are sick omg. because they just won't stop.

The first number this started with was a 646 number and it keeps changing  they do have your info so thats scary.they also said I owe 400. He said his name was Shawn johnson  from Florida .

They just call from 866 number and said to call the 844 number

This number has called my cell for weeks now on a daily basis asking for someone I have never met and a name that is totally unfamiliar to me.  They assert that they are handling a claim (3498304) and the person they seek is Jerry Paggen.  Based on what I've read about other caller's experiences, I will not waste my time calling them to correct their error. Instead, I'll file a complaint with the FTC.  My number is on the do not call registry.

called my x how embarrasing because i dont know what about if they can find his number why cant they find mine although i would not answer got to stop these people

Received several calls from 844-279-7423 stating someone filed a claim against me for a short term loan taken in 011  The company calling was MPS Arbitration I informed them they had some bad information and they said they did not.   I told them I will be contacting the FTC and the Atty Gen. Office to see what can be done shut them down and I hung up.

Been getting calls daily..at first no voice mail would hang up if i answered..today they left a robo call voice mail about a claim..blablabla..about a payday loan..The thing is I have a friend in high places...told him about the calls...guess what he found out...the FBI and the FTC are looking for these clowns...He says dont answer...let them leave a voice mail and if they do ..KEEP It...When they are tracked down maybe able to sue the crap out of them...Also if you did default on a loan most likely the statued of limitations is up for being able to sue you..check your state law where you are...They are catfish..

This number has called me today and yesterday saying I owe money on a loan from may 2011. I took out a loan Aug 2011 which has been paid in full back in Dec 2015. Why would they wait 3 months if I still owed money. They said they don't see any payments which is bull, because I have the receipts right in front of me. I kept asking who the original loan was from and they kept saying they didn't know and kept throwing out different types of lenders this could be from. So let's get this straight, you have all this info but don't have the name of original lender? Seems odd. I told them to send me documentation of this info and I will call the person I spoke to and see if I owe any more. They didn't like that. They said I'd still need to set up a payment with them which defeats the purpose of asking for documentation. They were very rude, I would speak to them and they'd put me on hold. They told me Alliance is the company that sent them this "claim". Too sketchy! Be careful everyone.

They called my husbands cell, my parents landline along with my brother in law on 3/4/16.  We Google and found this thread.  Nothing on my credit report in collections.  So this am I spoke to my attorney and he said they owe you a validation of debt.  Get their address and ask specifics.  So yltoday, they contacted my husbands cell from a different number than last week.  I answered.  They couldn't give a specific loan date, they listed my old address and email, she said it was on behalf of a Sagamore company.  She would not give her address.  Only location she gave was outsode.of Miami Florida.   Didn't like it when I asked if she was even in the country.  I told her I wanted to give all this info for my attorney so he could address this claim himself.  Once I told her that I would file a complaint with the FTC and the attorney general.  She said that weren't governed by the FTC.  Then she wished me luck in court with my attorney.

Scammer claims I have an overdue loan. I do not. Constant calls and automated voice mails are becoming very frustrating.
