It's a scam. Real process servers don't call in advance.

No, they want you to call back so they can try to scare you into paying money you don't owe. But yes, they are crazy people.

No one is going to come by because this is a scam. If you were actually going to be served, you wouldn't be warned in advance because you could simply avoid the process server. Block and ignore their calls.

Message said a process server and cops were coming here. Put animals and firearms away.

A message?  Nice to have a warning so you can go on the lam!

I got a voicemail yesterday by a Mr. Scott from Legal Support Services.  They said that I was going to be served and sued in the next couple of days.  This scared the crap out of me.  I'm a health care worker who works for a local hospital.  I lost a night's sleep.  I tried to call back the 844-369-0782 number.  No one was in.  I called my attorney, and she said it sounded like a debt collection scam.

Just received a VM from this number. No idea of who it is but this number is blocked from my phone now.

I just received the same call.  I called the number back just to check and no matter which extension or operator it says unavailable and leave a message.

Same message as everyone else. It's a scam.

Virginia, I got the same call today and let it go to voicemail.  I called them back and no one was available either.  I am so glad that I googled the number so my heart rate can finally go down.  I am on vacation and panicked when he said they would be going to my work. These people are heartless and them thinking that this is funny is despicable.  I hope they are found and arrested for this.  Karma will bite them in the [***] eventually!

Voicemail message stated it was Michael Scott (might as well have said John Doe) from legal services on conjunction with county services (so not even an actual place of business) and went on how I would have to contact them to avoid having them come to my house with a uniformed officer. From what I could see this was totally bogus as it surprised me how they get a hold of so many random cell numbers. I'm in Nevada and I know that others received the same call from other states. I ignored the call and within seconds it redialed (computer generated). They even had background noise to make it sound legit. Just hang up and have peace of mind that these people are just lowlife scum.

Called this number back after blocking from my cell phone and all I get is "the person at extension # _______ is not available, please leave your message...." Really?! What can one do about reporting this joke!?

Watch out if this number calls you. (844) 369-0782. Left VM saying has SSN, records, and is suing you- will have a uniformed officer with and will be served at home or business. Called back and got hung up on. This is one of the newest scams now.

I got the same call.  I called back & never stating my name but told them they had the wrong person... they confirmed a last name only with me (which wasn't mine).  Then they said to please disregard.  I think their phone system is searching for number listed to people with similar name or relative looking for people.  the guy I talked to just said don't worry about it, if your the wrong person the residence etc.. they have won't match either.

Same as the rest.  Bring it on!!!  Scam artist.  Sure, serve me at church!
