Husband received a Voicemail from Jacob. Stating from legal services stating coming to visit our home in 48 hours with Cops. Please remove firearms and large animals. The caller never ask for who he will like to speak to as well not knowing who he left the message for. I assume a scam.

Then number that called me was 714-947-1430. His Name was Joe Pacheco with legal support services, "I was ordered to participate in a deposition at 9 AM which i failed to comply with in doing so i have waived my rights to the hearing regarding the complaint thats been filed against me". I got the same crap for my sister when they called my number lol. Listen I owe debt, but i have arrangments, these guys are taking advantage of people who have debt and those who dont. Just dont give them anything. I never got anything in the mail, last time i was "going to get served at my job" and never did. PLEASE keep posting what you get, these guys need to stop.

Lucy from Legal Support Services called from a 702 area code which is a local Nevada #.  Somehow got my phone # at work, and called my MOTHER twice and left the same message.  They were trying to process legal paperwork that has been reforwarded to their office.  I needed to call within 24 hours end of day on the 31st, or they are forwarding info to my payroll dept!  But miraculously - I could call 844-512-3787 and it might prevent further action?  This same company called me in previous years and different people left the same message, I even talked to one guy who said I had to meet them somewhere to sign documents!

Call 202-871-1698 and 1598, Washington, DC  Left V/M “Vince Mariti from Legal Support Svcs informing someone will be served at address on file, have my ID ready, will be coming with uniformed officer for everyone’s safety, and to put all large animals and firearms away. Sd to call 1-844-260-0146.  Never mentioned who he was looking for nor address-was robocall.  SCAM

Read through the, now, 7 pages of responses. My only addition is that Michael Scott called me from a local number ‭(206) 486-3354‬and then provided this 844 number ‭to call back. When I called a lady simply answered the line without a greeting. She said she was the manager but then hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor and another man I spoke to when I called back said he was the director. If you give them any push back or start to ask any real questions they get annoyed and nasty. I believe the call ended with the man telling me he’d sue me for harassment then saying I sounded stoned and hanging up on me. If you call the local number and the 844 number after “business hours” you get the same voicemail claiming to be either Smith & Assoc. or Smitt... can’t really make out which one.  I found it all rather amusing and figured since I had the time I’d mess with them a little. Can’t wait for Monday

I had the same numbers call me. They actually called my mother in law yesterday, from 206-486-3354 on caller id, but a lady named jocelyn i believe said she needed to contact me for legal documents that needed to be signed or delivered, and i needed to call 844-512-3787 if i couldnt be there... i did call both numbers a guy answered the 206 number, he did have my last four of my social and said they were serving me, i do believe his name was mike, cant be sure tho. I tried to call the 844 number but only ever got message service stating that it was "Smitt" or Smith and associates". Got online tried to research both numbers but cant get any bussiness names for those #s...

Folks -- It is NOT Legal Support Services, Inc. in NYC. We have gotten many calls mistakenly and sympathize with you all. Legal Support Services, Inc is a generic name used by others in other locations and not affiliated in anyway!

Same exact scam , expect this clowns name was Vince Moretti . Got my wife all worked up .I know better.

These people are really great.  The fact that they gave me a courtesy call to let me know that a process server and cop will be visiting me in the next few days was awesome of them.  If they hadn't called I might actually be home when they come.  Thanks for the warning!

I keep getting threatening calls about some officer coming out to serve me papers when my business is the phone number they're calling and I have no idea who the individual they're looking for when I attempted to just call back the gentleman told me it was his personal phone and I had the wrong number and then put me on hold so I called back again because they call me at least 6 times a day they didn't like the idea and told me to quit calling and harassing them now!! What a joke!!

Seems they forgot their scary pills.

Micheal Scott with Legal Support Services called and stated I owe a payday loan which I explained I do not, advised of my situation and that they should stop harassing me.  He  said they would not and would continue to the final process of serving and charging me.  I laughed and said 'go ahead, make my day'.  When you call back these various numbers that call, most of them don't answer, go to a dead line or they just get busy.  I called a few to see what scam they were running just to throw a little fuel on their game to see what crap they were trying to pull.  Oh and when I asked Michael where they were located, he said it was none of my business.  I advised that I was really good at finding people so I might just show up at his doorstep at work and see how he likes it...he hung up, lol.

It's a scam getting you to pay them money.  A legit lawfirm won't call you ahead of time if they want to serve you a summons.

Wanted to add  the following number as it's also part of this scam going on. They threat to serve you court papers for a lawsuit between certain time frame the following business day. Whivhe of course if you know anything about our legal system you'll know they are way off. Plus a so called debt from 10 yrs ago which is padded the statue of limitations. Just an FYI to help anyone else getting harrassed.
