Anyone know anything about this phone number - 844-369-3851?

Left a voicemail claiming to be Mark Wallace, about a "formal complaint" against a Robert something-or-other. ("If you have information about...")  But I recognize this voice from last year, threatening tax problems.

Bothering to call all the time.

These clowns are dishonest crooks trying to scam you by scaring you into giving them your credit card or bank routing and acct, number, They always say that you wrote a bad check or you owe a company a bill. They are illegal collectors because none of them are attorneys. Tell them you are calling the federal trade comm. please

Call wants names I don't know

Called 5+ times over past few days, no vm left. I answered and there was a recorded threatening message with an American man's voice saying he was looking for [insert machine voice of a name I do not recognize] tell me to call this number back or they'd report it to the authorities. I called back, only to complain, and it went to vm. Couldn't leave a message due to some error. LOL STOP CALLING, IDIOTS.

This number called me a few times but I did not answer. I felt as though if they couldn't leave a voicemail, it wasn't important (never left a voicemail).
Received a call from my dad that they called him and told  him I owed money and they would be taking legal /criminal action against me! They would not tell them who they were but that I needed to call them. My dad was very worried and upset, so of course I decided to call them back.

I called them and without telling them who I was he knew my name. The person who answered name was Mike Wallace and he told me that I had some bogus loan and that I owed for a bounced check and they were taking action against me! I told him I had now idea what he was talking about and demanded to know who was this creditor and how much are they claiming I owe. He would not say and started to become rude. I that point I couldn't even hear him but I was so upset and told him to cease calling me and my father and that if this were legitimate to send me something by mail in writing!!

He continued to say some garbage and I told him that I googled his number and that he is all over the internet for being a scammer!! He hung up and have not had another call since.

Mark Wallace is popular. He called my number today and found out that he called my husbands number too.  Husband played me the message said I would be reported to proper authorities if I didn't call back. Yes I have bills but I know what I owe. Mark Wallace needs to stopped.

They're easy to stop if you can do a few things. 'Mark Wallace' will find it difficult to threaten somebody if the number he calls has no kind of answer. See what you can do to block the number, or if you can kill the call before it gets an automatic answer, that works, too. The more numbers he calls that only ring, the more helpless he becomes.

Debt collection extortion scam.

It is a scam caller. I ran a report and the call comes from puerto rico. You should check all of your accounts, because it lists this number as a high fraud alert. Probably a company sold our info and it got into the wrong hands

I just received this same call.  "Mike" or "Mark" Wallace asking for the whereabouts of "Raven W.", threatening to turn her over to the authorities... I've received calls for this girl from other numbers, which is odd-- I've been the sole owner of my phone number for eight years.
