A recording of Mark Wallace called my cellphone, looking for information about an inserted name I couldn't make out, but it sounded like a machine pronouncing "Amanda"-somebody. People are writing that it seems to call you about someone you know, so maybe the machine was trying to pronounce my husband's name? Anyway, if I have information, please call this number. They started calling last week and I just got another one. Very annoying. Glad I have unlimited minutes on my cell phone, but geez.

You know how I got 'Recovery Support' to stop calling? I called them repeatedly to ask them for ANY information about their company: physical address, email, website. They wouldn't provide any concrete answers, hung up at least 10 times and then removed my number from their system.

Also, if you want to get through to an actual person, try my buddy at x803. He says his name is Leon Reid. He claims to be a supervisor for this mystery company.

Left message twice.  Man's voice with southern drawl saying "My name is Mark Wallace.  We are calling about a formal complaint against (then name said by computerized voice) Franco Randolph.  If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of (computer voice again) Franco Randolph, please contact our office immediately on 844-369-3851. Our next step will be notifying the proper authorities."

Scammers calling with Mr. Martin @ ext 847 at 844-369-3851 issuing a formal complaint.  Annoying.  How can we stop these?

I received a call from this number and was repeatedly called by one their customer service associates on their private phone. He called me a B@tch. It's a company who bought my information on an old debt that I am trying to pay off. These people are insane and there is no other way to put it. I hope he loses his job. His ext is 846.

There's no way to stop the calls from being initiated.  However you can invest in a call blocker and NOT pick up on calls you do not recognize.  You should block 844 area code; it is often used by scammers.

Unsolicited calls to myself and my elderly mother suggesting that they were working with a law enforcement office to file a complaint against me for a debt.
I not only did not have a debt I have never done any business with the company they claim to represent they claim to be in South Carolina but have no physical address and are not listed on the attorney-general's database as a company.

Some clown leaving a VM  regarding a “formal fraud report” on me. Mr. Wallace also stated that if I don't contact him I will be reported to the authorities. If I commited fraud, wouldn't the authorities already know? I reported this nonsense to my state AG’s office; I hope others do the same.

Got a call from a man sounds like he is disguising his voice saying there is a  formal complaint and is looking for a latoya hernandez lol wow like I'm going to fall for that

Keeps calling looking for Different people I don't know, saying they will contact proper authorities with the information given.

I received this call this morning asking about my were about and to call the 1-844-369-3851 .... when I called back they identify as a recovery center the person would not provide any more details and requested I provide my SSN, when I said NO the "representative" proceed to say she can not help me if I didn't provide my SSN..i and told them that no COURT or PD calls you on your cell phone to do any type of recovery or ask for your were abouts ...Authorities knock on your door and take you they don't call you, and the Courts mail you Paper Work if need it they don't call you....SCAM BE AWARE AND BE SMART

No messages left.  If, as stated by others, these guys claim to be tax support, don't buy it.  I've had a tax issue for a couple of years after disability kicked in when I was given inaccurate reporting info (by the IRS help line), so had to correct errors for two years in a row.  They didn't catch the problem on the first year until I had misreported the second year.  Point is...I never spoke to a single person on the phone unless I contacted them with a question.  Everything is done on paper, by mail, as is the legitimate way to do things.  Disregard anything else you hear.  If you do by chance get contacted and pick up the phone on this sort of call or someone saying they are a debt collector.  Simply inform them that you are willing to consider their claims when they send you all of the written information, by mail, which is the first step they need to take.  You won't hear back from them :)

Family member got called said they were demanding to know where I was...so I called them and asked what sent it was for. Said I needed to verify my SSN - 😂😂😂 - NO! Anything I owed was well over my statue of limitation. They are violating FTC rules so I will be filing a complaint. I told "Raquel" not to call my family anymore and she hung up on me. Awwwww Raquel - why you mad boo?? 😂🙄

Got 2 calls today & yesterday from mark Wallace wanted to no were my nephew was with a voice recording his name. Fake

I received several phone calls on both my home phone and my cell phone (not sure how they got my numbers seeing as how they're unlisted) from these [***] hats claiming to be Mark Wallace and they are wanting to know the whereabouts of Melinda Greer. I finally answered today and talked to a woman with a thick middle eastern accent looking for Melinda Greer. When I told her that she had the wrong number, she told me that concealing her whereabouts is a crime and I would be reported to the proper authorities. When I asked who the proper authorities are she said my local police department would be notified and would come to my place of employment. Seeing how I am a law enforcement officer for a federal agency, I told the person that she was currently in the phone with the "local law enforcement" we could just cut to chace and get things settled right now. She immediately hung up on me. Weird.
