SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!

Called my family members and insinuated that I was involved in a civil lawsuit and needed to respond to them immediately…total scam!

They have been threatening me and my family plus my ex husband’s family of a debt I don’t have. It has become a huge problem an an embarrassment for me.

Yes, as was discussed on page 1 that is why they are calling everyone.

Same thing with me only mine with a B of a credit card which I have never had. I asked her how she could look in the mirror every day knowing that this is the kind of Scam that she perpetuated.  She was trying to over talk me when I asked her where she was going when she died and hung up.

Same as others already reported. Called left message saying urgent matter out of Camden County courts due to lack of contact.  Never recieved any notices.  Don't have any debt. Claimed to be Barnes and associates.  Left same number to call back with a reference number and ended message stating they will move further if did not return call today.  And then said you have been served.

Same place,  different numbers. Called from 904-312-5057 but wanted a call back to 833-362-5566.  Same Barnes and Associates- SCAM

Same, called the 229 number back and it was Penske truck lol. Threatened my husband and his brother.

They called saying I owed a pending case out of the county that I live in and they called my sister-in-law not knowing how they even got that number. They are definitely trying to scam people

It is called "the internet".  Everything else you need to know has already been posted.

I received a similar message today. They even called and left a message with my elderly parents who live out of state. They claimed I was in breach of contract for a discover card. I’ve never had a discover card. I told the woman that and informed her that it’s also never been on my credit report as having a discover card. She claimed that discover removed it from my credit report, so that they could seek a civil claim against me. Ridiculous! That’s not how it works. They knew my social and birthdate. Beware!
