Calls all the time

We keep receiving calls from this number.  They are violating our rights under the FDCPA because they call at all hours, including 7:30 a.m. and 7:50 a.m.  By law, they can only call between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m..   I keep telling them that we have retained a bankruptcy attorney and they say, "OK" and hang up, and then call the next day.  They are supposed to ask for the attorney's name and phone number and then contact the attorney from then on out.  If this continues, our attorney is going to file an FDCPA Violations law suit against them, once we found out what company this is and what their address is.

I received a call from this number. They did not leave a message.
I'm not sure what happened in this number search website to end up with an English lesson, racism lecture and a bunch of ignorant back and forth among supposed adults. WOW!?!?

It's even better after a few drinks. . . . No, don't take it too serious. I would say at one time every regular poster has lost their temper, sense of humor, perspective. It's easy done. Just another regular day on 800 notes.

There is a lot of very good information in the user comments.

If I may chime into this hate-fest:

1. Everyone is entitled to an opinion.
2. Every opinion is just an opinion, not an open threat.
3. This is a forum for identifying phone spam. If you get a spam call, don't answer it, report it, block it, let it go. It really is just as easy as that. That's what I did when I got a call from the aforementioned number, and I feel so much better.

Looks like the trolls have succeeded in taking over this portion of the forum.

That number called but left no message on my answering machine. Now blocked.

Scammer Don't Answer

Do not have anyone at this area code. Heard they are scam artists or phony bill col lectors.

Debt collector.  I won in court that this was not my debt.  Yet it is still on my credit report and I am still getting phone calls.    3 years is the statute of limitation in Alabama and I swear every 3 years someone sells the debt to someone else and the calls starts all over again.  Ridiculous.

these people keep calling me,, I don't pay my bills, every few years I sign up for a bunch of credit cards and not pay them, its free money, I even go to court and have won all my cases due to them not having a company rep in court that day only some lawyer they hired or sold the debt to,  so I disagree with them in court and they cant counter my claims due to no rep in the court room,,, im also a racist, but I don't see what any of this has to do with these people calling all day and night,, that's just ignorant!

I keep getting calls from the number 1-844-505-3328 two to three times a day and still dont know who is calling because i block the number and they will not leave a message. Im tired of this.

Just received a call from that number. Oddly the tape sounds EXACTLY like the one used by another debt collection agency!

Got a call from this number.....didn't answer it....came here for help...but didn't get any..just a bunch of name calling and character assassination..come on people grow up!!!!

Don't recognize the number well just don't answer the call. Then google it and commentators like yourself will validate every suspicion and reason enough to block the number.  NEXT!

I'm sorry you had that kind of experience.  Please allow me an agent for the company to be your agent. Please call our office again and ask for agent C37. And at the end of our call you will be trully satisfied and happy. Please remark your experience back here on the page.

Why would anyone want to talk to you and let them be their agent?  Especially since you seem to have the education of a grade school child.
