Yes, they are a real collection agency. However, they are engaging in fraudulent practices that violate the Fair Credit and Collection Act. This number has called today and last week. They never leave a message nor have I ever received anything from them in the mail regarding any debt that may be owed. A legitimate company, once they acquire the debt, sends a letter to last known address stating what the debt is, who the original creditor was and who to contact at their office. It also has the "respond in writing within 30 days if you feel that any or all of this debt is in error" notice. If they do try to contact you by phone and receive your voice mail, they are required to inform you of the attempt to collect a debt, identify who they are looking for, and to leave their name, company name and phone number to contact them back. Calling your phone and hanging up is considered to be harassment and a violation of the above act.

Got a call from 844 505 3328. Paying every .onth on ny lab corp also on my son's account Drake like about my son's account we will continue to pay them have them stop calling my house and harassing trying to get more money on the books then what we were originally

This number calls my phone at least 2-3 times a day for the past few weeks,I haven't ever answered it because it shows up as a 'harassment' call 📞 due to them constantly calling at all hours thru out the day&night,each day at different times I decided to google the number.I'm glad I did! After reading all these complaints I will be putting a block on this number!!!Thank you everyone for the awareness on this issue...

They call and ask for someone that doesn't live here and I don't  know - I told them they have the wrong number but they keep asking for that same person - these people are idiots or just plain stupid !  Sounds like they are calling from India so it may be a scam trying to get your bank account or credit card number

This number randomly started calling me with blank calls, each exactly 11 seconds

I get calls from this number but never a voice mail, don't know what they want and don't care. Will not answer and will not call back. Please stop CALLING !!!

Got a call from this number on 9/6/2016. He said that I didn't make a payment to Labcorp on a specific date. It sounded really convincing. He even told me the doctor's name, date, and name of my child. However, I remembered I made that payment so I told him that I want to call him back once I double check it. He asked me for the account number from where I made the payment and kept pushing me to make the payment now or otherwise it will be on my credit report. I didn't have all the information so I asked him for his name and phone number.  I told him that I will call him back. Then it became very suspicious when he kept saying he can't hear me and saying "hello" and gave me his phone number really quickly. He didn't even give me his name and he hung up.

I blocked these idiots years ago.  I guess they just detailed someone to go back and see if they can harvest some "live" customers.  Looks like my number blocker works like a charm!

They keep calling. The ones that call have heavy foreign accents and can't really be understood. I know the debt claim they are calling on is Quest Diagnostics. I have been fighting them for over a year. They billed the wrong insurance. I called them and tried to straighten it out but they wouldn't talk to me, said the information had to come from the doctor. Checked with the doctor and they verified that the correct info had been sent. Also said this happens a lot with Quest. Let them sue me, they look very stupid in court.

I get like 10 calls from them every day, no voicemail and nothing in the mail. I have spoken with a lady named "Aidee", and she was claiming that I owed someone for an accident that I was never in. Saying that I owed $6,097. And telling me that if I could pay $3,097 right now, case would be dismissed. And she basically bossed me around trying to force me to give her my bank information over the phone, and when I started asking questions she got very defensive. And then she started saying if I didn't arrange payments that she would have my license suspended. Thought that was a little weird

No one at this; website is calling  you.  Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.  I'd block the enire 844 area code.

ID themselves as American Medical and Credit Retrieval Masters.  Say they are debt collectors.
