I get calls every couple of days at all hours. No message left.
Obviously an auto-dialer.

Callled with heave accent. Wanted to sell some crappy Insuranse on behalf of rbc/ blocked it

They left a message today and all it was was a big exaggerated yawn. Classy.

Its crazy they have my name and and my birth year. This makes me feel unsafe with RBC. What the hell? Called saying insurance in case of accident, sickness or death. I just said ill call the branch myself or check online and hanged up.

Called saying they’re  from RBC and that I’ve been “hand picked” for 2 insurance plans. Complete scam. Used to work for them & they do not do such calls. Wouldn’t take no for an answer. Hung up on them. Do not give any personal info to this caller. If RBC has offers they can mail them to you. No one gets “hand picked” for insurance plans. Complete BS.

Scam caller probably fishing for bank information. Asked if I could just call the branch about their "health insurance", to hear that the offer is "available over phone only". Said not interested and that wouldnt cut it. Pretty scary how much information they have on you. Scam.

Why they need your information if they already have xd they don't ask for banq information xD

The calls are from an authorized agent that sells aftermarket insurance products (credit card balance protection etc) on behalf of RBC, that's why it doesn't come up as an RBC number when checked. They're asking for personal information as I imagine RBC provides them with only very basic contact info to their clients due to privacy. They were able to tell me what coverages I currently have on what cards, and it all checks out. That said, I told them that I'm not interested in anything and to please stop calling, but they still try me every few days.

now getting a yellow note in mail about a mortgage issue but company isn't the one I have mortgage with.  this phone number is listed on the post card.
