I was dumb enough to Fedx you the check and the signed contract in the
very same day you asked for. So if you are so rich as you claimed,
pull out your check book and send me the money you owe me right away.
enough is enough.
In my years of doing real estate never dealt with an incompetent
business man like you,and believe me I have seen some.
So here is the deal. you will send me my money back immediately, or
I'm seeking help somewhere else.

Same deal.  Michael Dean, Mr and Mrs. Terry Carpenter....buyers, been looking, good price no problem.  Escrow etc...I got suspicious and contacted my resort to have them do the paperwork, and imagine...buyer's refused to give any personal information.  Mr. Dean advised me to use my own resort to transfer when I hesitated to give up front money, so I call my resort...then he said it doesn't/can't work that way.  Luckily I'm not out any money, just time and disappointment as we have a family emergency and were selling our timeshare to fund a funeral.  These people are the lowest of the low.

I have sent a complete package, including copies of all e-mails, etc. between myself, Mr. Dean and alias Mr. Brooks, concerning the sale of my timeshare.  Mr. Dean has threatened me to the point where he is not going to send back my deposit ($1050) unless I erase any and all things I have written (allegedly) on Facebook about my dealings with him.  Any written messages about my involvement with Mr. Dean are 100% the truth.  Mr. Dean does not know how to handle the truth.  By the way, he is in violation of the contract for the sale of my timeshare.
Lets see now how the Virginia Attorney Generals Office takes care of this mess.

The $1322 check I sent to The holiday property group was cashed by your company as the back of the check indicate.
Deal was never closed. and I never received my money back.all I got is excuses for the last couples of months.
