He is and the Barton's are just an employee that works for him. The eventually will sell your timeshare but it's not sold when he gets your money. It is a scam. His name is Michael Dean Kent, he lives in Winchester. He is the owner and a huge scam artist. I feel bad for anyone who has ever fallen for his crap and any employee that continues to work for him.

After much deliberation I was able to get a refund from Holiday Properties (Mike Dean Kent). I am sure that I am one of the few who actually receives a refund. Buyer beware though do not fall for this as you may not be as lucky as me in getting your money back.
