Delta Insurance just called me from this number

I sold my timeshare last year and it costs me over 1200.00 ,hell the resorts transfer fee was 500.00. but I was glad to get rid of it.Why dont you go around the company and do a deal directly with the people you were talking too. Thats what I did instead of going through Holiday Property,they were to expensive.

Yes I guess trying to steal money from people would keep them busy.

I'm the owner of the Holiday Property Group my offices are in Baltimore,MD,Rehoboth Beach Delaware & Winchester,VA SCAMMERS are calling saying they work for my company and using my employee's names and they are calling from 844,877,800 phone numbers.The Holiday Property Group does not have any TOLL free numbers.I have reported this to Maryland State police and Delaware State police (Troop 7) and the Winchester,VA Sheriff's Department,if you have any information helping me find these people please call me @ 540-877-1862. Your correct about my Maryland office but my office in Winchester,VA has been there since 2003.Verify with the BBB in Washington DC.

Really?  Since the BBB only goes by what you tell them, please tell me the legal name and state you have been registered under since 2003.

The BBB lists you in Maryland as having been in business since 2003.  Your web site lists your offices as Delaware and Maryland and makes no mention whatsoever of Virginia.  Interesting that if you actually had a business that has been around for 13 years, why would you not make mention of it on your web site?  What did you think I wouldn't check?  I'm just getting started.

I've never been an ex employee of this loon. That should tell you he's a fraud. You've done all the digging now how about reporting all that to the BBB and State Attorney and see where that gets him and have him investigated. I wish my parents had known better.

No you have not reported it to any of these authorities because I myself have checked into it. It's ok to cover your ass. Most people who are doing things illegally usually do.

Recd call from 540-8771166 in Oct 2015.Made the mistake of accepting their offer that they had a buyer (the Bartons) in Front Royal VA. After 6 months of going back and forth I finally
call Michael Dean and wanted to see just when I would get my payment for the time share
(this was April 21. He and I had words and I told him to cancel contract by e mail yesterday.
Now I will see if he refunds the $1300 I paid for closing and cost the timeshare would charge
for whatever.(I got this fee from BlueGreen). Now I see it was a scam. He also has 540 numbers
of 8771862 and 4866297 (area code 540).I sent my payment to Rehoboth Beach Delaware.
Also has a office in Baltimore.  Now the emails only mention Winchester,Va. and he has a title
now of Operations Manager. I really do not know where the Bartons live.Their e-mails give a
town of Front Royal Va and I have personaly talked to her on the telephone.He sends e-mails
and supposedly works for Wal-Mart.
Company name is The Holiday Property Group and they have a supposedly BBB rating of A+.
Supposedly Holiday was to lend the payment for the timeshare to the Bartons.I do not know how
MikeDean got my name originally as I had not actively put my timeshare on the market.
My check was deposited but my bank says there is no endorsement other than "For Deposit"
I go today to bank to get copy of the check showing the back.
I have a "valid" sales contract  from "The Holiday Property Group" and until recently there were
several female office workers but now  only Mike Dean answers.Maybe he is the only owner.

I contact Mr. Dean and he supposedly sternly contacts the Bartons, who contact me stating their father died. Poor Bartons, I think. Right? No! They are in with the scam. I spoke with Mr. Dean just yesterday telling him I just want what I paid returned to me. He sounded drunk, got an attitude with me, called me honey, told me if I was a "broke ass" that he could get me my money back but I would have to email the Bartons, tell them I want to cancel the sale, but we all would be sued for breach of contract and we would have to go to court.

That office is a residence. It has not been there since 2003 since its owned by a Diane Bishop who lived there herself until 2013.

He is also Michael Kent. The Barton's aren't real. They work for him. He hasn't run his business since 2003 out of his Winchester office. You've been had and so have so many others. The whole thing is a scam. He is a con artist and I found this out by private investigation. Money can get you a lot these days. Google Michael Dean Kent. He will get what he deserves in the end. As far as a BBB rating. You only have to pay the BBB to be a member. He doesn't have any comments on his rating. People need to start complaining and that way everyone will know.
