I was called by Mr and Mrs Young, then later called by a Mr and Mrs Barton. Their emails were exactly the same. The First Lady was about half stupid, the next was very friendly intelligent and was very sweet, however; never talked to a husband EVER, other than email. Their was an excuse for everything!

This number doesn't sell insurance it's a time share company for holiday property group. It's not 877 or 888 it's 844! And it's a sham!

Do not  fall for it they told me I can get full coverage for me and my 2 kids for 350.00 a year. He tried to get my credit card and I told him to send me a contract and he said soon as I paid him he would.I hung up.

I was contacted by the Holiday Property Group after inquiring at a number of websites trying to sell my timeshare.  Michael Dean told me he had a couple that were interested in buy my timeshare, that his firm dealt in Vacation rentals not normally timeshares but one of his clients wanted a timeshare.  After numerous emails and phone calls with the potential buyers they offered me more money than I was originally asking.  I agreed, then got a phone call from Michael Dean saying the Buyers had deposited earnest money and he would send me a contract. When I received the contract he wanted
$1200 to cover the escrow fees, title search, etc.   When I told him that should come out of the escrow account with the earnest money, he started to tell me how he was not making any money on this transaction and he was paying all these fees upfront. I told him then to just cancel the deal because I wasn't paying him $1200 upfront, that was the purpose of escrow accounts and earnest money.  Never heard from him or the Buyers after that.

Well there ya have it! He just proved to be a fraud!

This number calls me every week trying to sell me Insurance and when I call the number back its out of service.

I get calls every week from this number and they keep telling me they have the best insurance coverage,I just hang up.

To take back you phone, a good start is to not answer unknown numbers or callers and never call back unknown numbers.   You are just telling a crook that they have reached a "good" number, with an actual Live Person who is curious about unknown calls.  You become a mark for more and more calls.

Consider getting a call blocker and ask your phone carrier if they offer call blocking.  Be Smart, Be Safe!
