A call today. I just assume it  is a scam. But my number is unlisted so I assume they just dial at random through all area codes.

Call from (225) 255-4234 to my google voice number about extending reinstating my warranty coverage or calling this number to be placed on their do not call list.  My car warranty expired years ago so these people are scammers.

Got a call from 315-496-7188 about some type of warranty.. Asked to call this number 844-989-1708 to put on a do not call list. Most likely , a scam.

A message was left from # 470-616-3784: "final call before we close out your file". "Press 1 to extend or reinstate your warranty" "press 2 to be put on our do not call list". This was followed by  "if you would like to be removed from our calling list please call toll-free: 844-989-1708.  These are scammers.

Left a message about a Scam Call about a warranty on a car without waitIng for a beep. Truth is....I don’t drive.

I get calls from multiple different 706 area code numbers with the automated message "This is your final call before we close out your file. Press 1 to extend or reinstate your car's warranty. Press 2 to be put on our do not call list. If you would like to be removed from our calling list please call toll-free: 844-989-1708."

I keep blocking the numbers but I think they're just spoofing phone numbers somehow. Definitely a spam scam caller.

Absolutely a scam. A real company would not spoof a fake number on Caller ID, call people in the Do Not Call Registry, market to a cell phone, or continue to call after several removal requests have been made. When you call this number, (844)989-1708, it does go to them. You can press 1 to be added to their do not call list. Document this, as they will continue to call you anyway. You may get paid for these illegal calls, if you get the right telemarketing lawyer.

Received this call at my work number from 612-416-5520. The beginning of the message was clipped off (intentional?). I thought it was either a wrong number or scam. Sounds like it was scam.

received call from 903-226-4645 in Quinlan, TX.  I don't know anyone that lives in that little bitty town.                 And actually left message wanting me to call 844-989-1708 to speak to someone about my car warranty
Further more IF I am going to get an extended car warranty it SURE would not be from anyone over the phone.       I would go to my local Ford dealership.

Received a call from phone number: (315) 504-3688, caller id said: Lafayette, NY....  message left on my a/m was partial, "we close your file-press 1 to speak with a warranty specialist about possibly extending or re-instating your coverage.  To be removed and placed on our do not call list, press 2 or call our 800 number at: (844) 989-1708.  At the very end of the message, it gave a bunch of letters that sounded like "USPP39RPG"  Stupid scam!

Bad advice. They want you to call so they can collect active phone numbers. Never advise anyone to call a scam number.

Why would they "collect active phone numbers"? Is it a hobby? Or are you thinking someone would buy those numbers instead of simply programming a computer to dial all numbers in a given sequence for free?

call from 475-253-7873 asking me to call the 800 number

Same scam call for a car warranty: Call this number to be removed from their calling list.  Was also advised to call back on the 800 number.  Put a block on this number in my cell phone,

Constant calls on cellphone from local area code 915, from Ft. Hancock TX, leaving this message about a warranty and giving the same 844 number.  Blocking the caller each time.

Caller ID shows Phone Number, "602-806-4585" but no Identity.
I pressed IGNORE.
Caller left message, "This is your Final Call before we close out your file". "Press 1 to extend or reinstate your car's warranty" ... "press 2 to be put on our do not call list" ... then, what was probably supposed to be some reference to add legitimacy, "844-989-1708 u-s-e-2-3-9-r-p-g".
Well, to answer your question, do I want contact with your Den-Of-Thieves? Take your pick: no-, or No-, or NO-, or in case it wasn't clear enough: HELL NO-!.
Number blocked. Wish I had a way to block the other number, too.

Called and left the message about the Car Warranty. I don’t own a car

Don’t contact em, don’t ask to be removed, b/c that’s when they constantly calls from various robo, different numbers. Basically just ignore the call and block em on your device. I reported it to do not call list. Org but so did a lot of others, basically everything is useless and a waste of valuable time. I have my iPhone set on contacts only, so stupid phone calls don’t even ring my phone, it goes straight to an robotic voicemail, I can beat you at your own game!
