Just got a call from Reese (Indian) and said that he knew I had numerous viruses on my computer (unidentified of 3 computers in the house). He got these reports from the "public domain". "Reese" told me that i-Tech Alert is "based in Jupiter, Florida" (can't find it)  at 855-210-3300 and gave me also 855-335-7769. Reese told me that these viruses were being spread to my friends and contacts and that is illegal. I told him that I thought it was a scam. He repeatedly tired to get me to start my computer. I told "Reese" that I was going to hang up and call the Illinois State's Attorney's office.

Have called several times. I just block their calls. Problem solved.

Caller ID "800 Service" ... JAN 23 at 7:07pm Eastern time. This call was blocked after the first ring on my phone by a free service available to most Internet-based VoIP phone service users(I have Time Warner). Google "No more robocalls" to get more information.

Just called. Wanted to talk to me about my "Microsoft Windows Computer". Interesting as I've had Macs since 2006 and haven't owned a PC since then.

Got a call from 855-210-3300! When I asked to remove my number from the list,the woman started yelling and telling me that she will be calling me EVERY.SINGLE.DAY!!! There has to be a way to report this kind of harassment.

Also received calls.  Yesterday I told him I have a Mac you donkey and hung up.  He called back just now and debated the information received when you google their phone number.  He also told me that he would not remove me from his call list.  Everyone should take the time to submit the complaint form for the FCC.  Remember when the do not call list worked?  Actually at this point, neither do I.

I received my phone call this morning.  I knew it was a scam right away.  The individual has a pretty thick Indian accent.  I told him I have the top virus protection available and that I did not need his help.  He said I was infecting all my neighbors.  I asked what version of windows was affected of course he said all.  After bantering with him telling him he was a fraud for I awhile, I told him I would live with the consequences and would sleep well at night.  I hung up.  He called right back which I didn't answer.  If you get a call from this jerk you can have some fun with him if you feel comfortable but he is very aggressive so if you don't want the hassle just hang up.

I actually had some fun with these Indian scum bags.  After about 5 minutes of conversation I started speaking with an Indian accent telling John Hunter that there was no way he was born ion the USA and that he was most likely a product of his mother having sex with a donkey.  I called back about 10 minutes later and got another dumb ass on phone.  When I asked for John he told me he was James.  Same banter back and forth, asked for a supervisor, etc.  The idiot actually was pushing buttons on his phone every time I spoke.  It was great.  Can't wait until they call again.  I asked him where he was calling from and he told me Florida.  I told him that there was no way his parents named him John and that it was probably rashid raam a alam a ding dong.   He was not even smart enough to know I was insulting him.

Received call from 855-210-3300 at 5:25 PM CST 2/3/15.  After saying he is a scam, the foreign sounding voice said he was recording conversation and would send it to his legal dept.  He also threatened to cut off my internet and send police to my door.  I hung up and then he called back again threatening the same.  I asked if he wanted my address for police and he replied no need.

I received a call from an Indian accented guy who said he was John from itch and my computer was sending out viruses.  I told him he was full of crap and not to call again.  He said he would disconnect me from the internet in 2 hours.

We get the same call repeatedly. We called the police and they can't do anything unless we get scammed or lose money.

He threatened to shut my computer off the internet.  Was very aggressive.

Like the others, I received a call from a guy with an Indian (Country) accent. Claimed he was from Microsoft Tech Support and is showing that he needed to help me resolve some computer errors. I've been hearing this crap for the last 7-8 years, and actually fell for their BS, years ago. Boy did I ever put a tongue lashing on him. Sick of these scammers?

I have now gotten 2 calls in the last 5 days from these scammers. First from a guy, and today from a woman. Both with Indian accents. I told her today that she was full of BS, that her company never got a report about my computer, that they were committing fraud, and that I was reporting them to the national do not call hot line.

They call all the time telling me that there is  a problem with my computer (there is not) telling me when they have  access to my computer they can take the problems away for me, so they can install damaging programs. Nothing but thieves.

Caller ID shows 'toll free caller'.

Microsoft computer tech claiming my computer has a virus.

I tell them to hang on I'll go turn on my computer.....set the phone down and walk away letting them wait...and wait.

Buy phone blocker at Radio Shack and BLOCK  unwanted calls.

I told them we were hearing impaired and that we would respond to
any mail they sent us.  They responded they have 7 million customers
and do not have time to write people.  This went on for 15 plus minutes.
Takes a computer how much time to send a form letter??   7 million customers
and they all answer their phones????  Easy to see scam.

I just received a call from an accented man who would not take no for an answer regarding files from "my" computer. I asked to not be called and he indicated that he would call back because I keep sending him files. I asked for his supervisor and was told that I could not talk to him. I told him that I would report this number to the FCC and he finally hung up.
