The caller from this number said that he is calling from Microsoft and they received a message that my computer was hack attempt on my computer last night. Wanted me to login to so that he can help. Told him i will call back and obtained a call back number from him 855-355-7469 - gave the name Joshua Black. Oh god! these scammers are it again!!

The guy claims to be Ryan Paul from Microsoft.  He keeps calling.  He claims he is getting data from my PC.  My PC has been off for three days.  He is now harrassing me with repeated calls.  He has an Indian accent.  The number he is calling is 855-210-3300.

Caller asked for me by name and said he was calling from some Computer Tech Co and that I had downloaded some corrupting files to my Windows computer. When I told him that I do not own a Windows based computer he hung up. The person on the other line had an East Indian accent.

The caller is rude and tried to me to buy into his scam.  Please shut him down.  They know name, address, phone number.

Just letting others know this guy--with the Indian accent--is still around and very annoying.  I hung up on him the first call.  He called me back asking why I hung up on him...told him because I don't want to talk to someone trying to scam me.

got call stating my computer has errors asked to put on do not call list and he stated he did not have anything like that and was calling from Miami, Fl.

Received yet another call from these East Indian accented tech support people.  They don't seem to listen when I answer as a business!!  So I ask what the call is regarding and they state their name (this time it was Brian) and "iTech" as the company calling about the virus on my computer, I promptly thank them and let them know that I am aware of which computer it is, located in our Corporate Legal department and I'll transfer them....funny - I never get to actually push the hold button before they quickly hang up!  :)

We are selling our home and receive calls from countless unknown numbers but we were not duped by this idiot.

We just got this call. The local news had warned people in this area about this. A heavily accented Indian of Eastern man called and began asking my wife questions about our computer. He told her he worked for Microsoft in North Florida and he could fix it over the phone. This guy was relentless. She hung up on him and he immediately called back. I answered and told him I didn't like his asking her for personal info(which she didn't give) and I hung up on him. Again the phone rang and he asked why I had hung up on him. I told him I no longer wanted to talk to him and I was going to unplug my phones. I did and the answering machine -received two more calls from him before I unplugged it. receive daily calls from this no.  1-855-210-3300. Saying that I have problem with my computer and Microsoft program.  Please call them and make them stop.  !!

I just got the call from the same number - my husband after a 5 min. discussion to eat up his time.  Bottom line....they have received a message from my Windows program that our computer had been hacked.  We told him to take us off his call list but he can't do that as it is our computer that is telling him that our computer is in jeopardy and he can't remove us from the call list.  According to him, there is no "Do No Call List".  The "gentleman" (to me) had an Indian accent.  I thought I heard him say the company name was IT Tech....but I can't be sure because of the accent.

A lady called with an Indian accent. She told me she is from Microsoft and Windows Team. She told me that my computer is spreading bad stuff in the net and she needs me to go to the computer and connect with her to help solve the problem. My computer was OFF at that time and still is. I told the lady she is a fraud. She mentioned my address. I asked her to put what is needed to be done in writing and send it to me by mail. I also reported the number to Consumer Protection Office at the State Attorney General. They confirmed this number has been reported before.

wanted to tell me/explain whom was hacking my computer.
got to give him credit, he tried like hell.
then i explained my computer was just cleaned professionally, i said every foreign country was trying to access
our computers. he hung up

I told the gentleman on the phone that I knew this was a scam and to stop calling me.  He said that he will call me and call me and call me.  He keeps calling and I keep ignoring the call.

He also recited my address to me.  He has called 15 times now.

Just called him. He shouldn't call you again. I scared the living crap of him.
