The same guy just called me.  He has called over and over saying he is not a scam but my computer is infected, etc.  He has now called me at least 10 times. He keeps saying this is not a scam and he is associated with Microsoft.  I told him I am on the do-not-call list, but he keeps calling. I keep hanging up.  I am tired of his calls so I am going to block his number.

This is hilarious, folks.  Indian calling us and saying he is a Microsoft tech. If these people are in fact stateside, then, well, thank you Bill Gates for allowing this scum to come here to work on H1B visas under false pretenses. Yep, Bill Gates gift to all comp sci and engineering US nationals. These scum come here because back in early 90's Bill gave away his wonderful software to India in hope that they will learn how to program and be the top of the heap because our wonderful h1b visa's let them come in dirt cheap later.  Indeed they are here now and IndiaCompSci.inc has landed. That is why 18,000 Microsoft employees were laid off in July of this year and a the same time Bill cried how there are not enough qualified folks out there to do his bidding. Yep, that is correct when one consider that most of the motley crew is paid @25% discount of the prevalent wages.  Not only should you hang up but tell, the caller that his h1b visa will be revoked shortly once ftc gets a hold his fradulent company and his ass will be in jail real soon.

I just received a call AGAIN from 855.210.3300.  This is the 4th call.  Same "claim" as other reporters to this website - they have information about my "new" computer and that it has a virus and they need access to clean it up.  I shut them down each time, told them it is a scam and to quit calling.  This has not stopped them. I have filed complaints re: these calls each time they have called, and did so again this morning.  Not sure the Feds can do anything.  I called the number back this morning, first 2 times received a busy signal, third time, a man answered.  I told him that he keeps calling me even though I have requested them to remove my number from their calling list and I am not filing a written complaint and need the name of the business and street address and mailing address if different,. Though he spoke English, he would only speak in his native language (not sure if Indo-Aryan language or Dravidian language) with the address and name of business and when I asked him to spell the name of the business he said "Abcbcaabc...."    Since I recognize the number on my caller ID, next call, he will receive a whistle blown into the receiver.

Same here! second time this month. It matters NOT how you handle it. It's a terrible scam and I know because a few years ago, I fell for it, hook, line and stinker! Had to shut down credit cards and went through hell......and am still scared that my personal info is still out there, flying around in cyber world, just waiting......it's an awful place to be. So, now I pay for 2 different services to protect my info. Nightmare! But, now, when they cll  me (Stephen) I just smile......so much for "do not cll" list! (sorry, my keybord won't let me use the " " letter. good luck.

This same idiot keeps calling me.  I was very rude to him a few days ago and was explicit where he could take his scam calls.  Nevertheless, he called again today.  I just hung up.

This clown called first from 8557507325 then from 8552103300.  He asked for me by an old name which just happens to be on the phone number because my telephone company can't do name changes then calls me a liar because I tell him there is no one there by that name.  Where in the devil are these people getting these numbers?  I am going to report this to my phone company next.

The same creepy Indian guy call me.  Tell me I have spam & malware in my Window PC. I let him speak for ten minutes and then told him I operation a MAC.  Then he start telling the MAC is the same.  I asked him if he was from Pakistan and told him he sounded Pakistany.  That got him mad.  For some reason he thought I was from Mexico and start putting down Mexican.  Had to laugh and call him a little annoying bug. Besides I'm from Philly.
