i was charged $100 for two magazines and i called this number but nobody answer the phone at all!

Was charged 46 dollars for smithsonian.

Bunch of darn Crooks in a big way!!!Charges 7 $73.00 for a yr. sub. to t.v. guide. Outrageous!!

beware of this #, they wii try to retrieve private info from you by pretending to be a "law office" they never gave their own name office name etc> very suspect (sounded like the call came from a cell phone, lots of noise in the background)

A scam operation if you try and cancel. I cancelled 3 mag Aug 30 and was told I would get a full credit back on my card. No credit. Today they said I cancelled renewal but not the balance of magazines to come. Total bull. I was very specific back in Aug. Today he says in "3 business days I will receive my partial credit". I will be amazed. Slipshod organization at best. And Yes the secret to human contact is pressing ZERO repeatedly.
