- MaryI too received a call from Humana/Cenceo today. When I said I wouldn't be 65 until next year the phone went dead. Later I received a call from a woman repeatedly from Humana and to call her back at 1-855-4450. Yeah, as if. Thanks for this site and to all who left messages.
- Caller: Humana? Cenceo?
- Norma Deering| 1 replyI got a call from a third party about a wellness check with a doctor I don't know.
I initially agreed because I take meds that kick in in the late a.m. Hours.
I called my Humana insurance they informed me that it is legit program that is optional. They also informed me that it is a third party.
I let them know I would be calling my Gov. Rep. To complain. They took record of my complain " ... Because we have to..."
Even if it is legit I explained I have my own doctors that it took me a long time to trust.
I feel that this insurance is doing something inappropriate and unethical. Even the police needs a warrant to come in to my home. I think this service that is optional and I don't really know what their up to. Refuse and contact your Government officials to look into this and complain . We cannot allow our medical insurance to push themselves and enter into our home . I don't trust people and now my insurance wants to waltz themselves into my most private and place were I pay to have this privacy what in the world are they up to! Beware of wolfs dressed in sheep's clothing.- Caller: Humana
- B.B.D. replies to Norma DeeringAt 12:15 I too, was called by "RaKell" (1.855.319.4450 x 6543) saying it was in regard to letter Priority had recently sent. I let phone take message as I do all calls that are "Toll Free". There had been no recent letter from Priority. Plus she did not say "Priority Health" which is the proper name of my insurance. I could hear other voices in the background and concluded, like the responders I find here on this site, that it was a scam or some telemarketing silliness. I am another person who goes to my doctor regularly and advise anyone reading these posts to be very very careful should you get a call from this number.
- CharlesMet with the Dr Dunead Davis had a car from Massachusetts (He said it was a rental). a few months ago. Went over my current conditions all documented. Haven' t heard from him or the company since (1-855-319-4450 http://censeohealth.com). No change with Humana insurance - had some problems with some claims, all resolved so far. I'm on disability because of health problems, joined Humana fitness program - help some. The physical was after I joined their fitness program. Doctor stated that he normally only see's patients that were more disabled - unable to get out to see a Doctor.

Stub your toe blame Obama, Republicans ruining the country and refusing to admit that they are a problem blame Obama. Get the hell over it. This Censeo is just like any other business that was back in the day to con you. You don't blame Bush for being a dummy, Regan for starting taking money from Social Security, raising our debt arming Al Qaeda back in the day. Stop listening to Fox News, Rush Brain Dead Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, Ann Coulter, Sarah Palin and all these air heads that you are following!!!!
- Sinna replies to kayleiI'm a retired ER RN. Told them I don't need their service. Suggested that they should change their way of doing calls. The number showed up in her name and she didn't say what company she was with. I searched the number to find out who they were. Then called Humana and asked that they dont give out my info again. There are other insurances...specially this time of year.

- CathyMy elderly mom received a call from this number claiming to be associated with HealthNet Insurance. Just like the first poster, they wanted to send out a doctor to take her vitals, check on her meds and make sure their records are up to date. I thought this was really odd, so I planned tone there at the appointment. The doctor never showed. No one ever called and my mom had no call back number. They called her back the next day to apologize and reschedule, so mom asked them to call me. They did. A pleasant young woman explained that they are just trying to make things easier for MediCare patients. I agreed to let the doctor (a different one who would be in the area, she explained) come by as long as I could be there. I ran into a conflict and when I tried to call the number they gave me to cancel, it was some sales company. I am now reporting this to HealthNet as a possible scam.
- Caller: I can't make it out on the recording.
- lois brown| 1 replyPlease remove my name from your caller list for the home health assessment. Thank you.
- Caller: humana
- mary carterThey are not with Humana. Called them back said if you want to come for an appoinment the police will be here also for the appointment. I called Humana and they are not connected in anyway to the company.
- Why Medicare Has Money ProblemsThis is one reason why Medicare is running out of money. If you have regular checkups with your primary doctor, this offer from them is redundant and Medicare pays for it.
- scI received a call to set up a simple in home evaluation appointment with a doctor - the caller referred to being associated with Humana Healtcare and explained vaguely that this baseline info could possibly serve to make it easier to get needed services in the future. Answers to my questions were VAGUE and "scripted" - but it did not seem invasive or threatening. No personal info was asked for.
I tried to call back the next day to reschedule at the # provided > 855-319-4450 > I got "dead air" - no connection at all. I tried several times from 2 different phones.
I also tried to call my caller ID # for the original call 855-654-5259 > "dead air"
I then contacted Humana( # provided for customer support in their booklet) and went on a 2 hour journey with them trying to track this down.
The customer support representative was determined and did everything she could to find answers. She also tried calling the #s I had > no answer. She contacted a "Humana Cares" representative and they discussed with me any possibilities they could imagine of as to where this call might have come from. Humana Cares informed me that they do NOT send out doctors - only nurses.
The rep. then called a company called LTSS (also associated with ILS/Independent Living Systems) who is actually associated with Humana > they do not send out service providers - they only approve visits for Humana.
My conclusion so far: whoever contacted me is NOT apparently associated with Humana Healthcare and this is probably misrepresentation.
I asked about contacting Humana's Fraud dept. > Kim is emailing them about all we did and I requested being contacted regarding actions taken.
I also asked about contacting Humana's legal dept. > I could only be given the info for the Special Investigations Unit ("Fraud") - 800-614-4126 email: siureferrals@humana.com - meMy uncle got a call also claiming to be from humana. They came to his house, asked questions' went to the restroom several times then when he left before getting into his car my uncle saw him take a picture of my uncles house.
- Caller: humana so they said
- CWG40 replies to lois brownThis is just a forum. No one can do that for you. Call them and explain your position.
- gedajust got off phone with humana, not a scam, they are home health company contracted through humana trying to drum up business. personally I think it's very intrusive.
- NatalieI returned a phone call from this agency and it is in fact a second party company that claims they ate calling "on behalf" of Humana. I told her that I was my mother's legal guardian and that she lives in assisted living with an on site doctor and we did not need their services. At that point the girl got very rude that I was turning her down and before she could finish with her attitude, I simply said thank you, and hung up. Don't waste your time with these people or calling them back. There's no need.
- EdI also got this call. They said they represent Blue Cross. I doubt that they do. Caller ID says "Toll Free Call".
- LawrenceCaller claimed to be from Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare Provider and asked to return call in regard to a purported letter sent to me. When called it was a telemarketer. My number is on National Do Not Call List - Caller was informed of same and told to "Place Me on Your Do Not Call List"
- Call type: Telemarketer
- SHK replies to Jim| 4 repliesI agree that this Humana In-Home Health and Well-Being assessment is ONLY a way for the insurance company to pry into your personal life and see if you need care or not. To see if you own guns or not. To see how well you live, etc. Why else would they pay for a hour visit with a doctor? Does not make sense. If they would just fire all the wasted people they hire for this needless crap and pay their bills we would all be better off. This is only a way to NOT pay for your bills, steer you the way they want and spy on you. Hell no you ain't getting into my house. This is the most intrusive BS I have ever heard of and we pay enough to choose our own doctors. We do not want a Humana paid doctor to enter our home and "evaluate" us. Never, no way. My advise to anyone else who get this option of "service" to "help you" is to say NO.
