Constant calling, never leaves a message.  Humana person I asked about this said they(Censeo) are a third-party in-home health assessment provider.  They come to your home and scope out your living conditions and possible assets in your home and report back to various agencies including Government agencies (Medicare, etc).  They will conduct a very minor health assessment on you to look legitimate I was told.  You risk your freedom dealing with this company (Censeo).

They say they are are company called signa or something like that, calling on be half of Humana to schedule in home medical appointments. Multiple times every year I tell them I am not interested and to take me off their call list. They don’t and I also call Humana and state the same. They are getting pushier and more persistent. So today, after my usual stop calling request,  I reported to www.FCC, and blocked their number. I’m also writing my members of Congress at federal and state level and my governor.   This isn’t about providing medical treatment. It’s an attempt to invade my home and medical privacy. It’s about finding reasons to raise insurance rates.  I personally am no longer going to sit back and take the abuses.  I don’t want total strangers coming into my home, even on the pretext of providing medical examinations. I have doctors that I have chosen to provide my care.  There’s also a safety concern with allowing unsolicited strangers into my home. They could rob me, rape or murder me and my family.  If Humana is behind this, it is irresponsible on their part.

This is a company hired by Humana to make "courtesy" calls to their customers. Complaining to Better Business is a waste of time because they are not selling anything. They are trying to set you up with a "free" physical. The only way you can possibly stop these calls is to call your own doctor and schedule your physical there. Humana offers its customers one free physical a year. If you are in good health, great. If not, it tells Humana where they will have to be paying out the most money this year depending on the highest illness going around the country.

I didn't answer call. I do have Humana health insurance. I did one of these in home health care evaluations once before and for me I thought it was worthless. The man asked me a bunch of questions, gave me no recommendations or suggestions and left. I never heard anything back concerning the evaluation. Who knows if Humana recommended them to do it or how much they charged Humana for the service. I won't do it again.

I got a call today from these people. They wanted to do an in-home evaluation of my husband. I asked if this would have any bearing on his coverage, and he said it wouldn’t. He has eight Drs. taking care of him and doesn’t need anyone else.

Receive call almost every day. No message ever left.
Called Humana rep and they checked and no one has called.   They took number to check into.

They still call me even though I blocked their number some time ago.  I do NOT want a home visit from them.  And, the home visits are conducted by an "Assistant", NOT a physician.  I get regular check ups and if Humana wants to know anything about my health they can contact my Doc.

There is a scam in Nevada and perhaps other states where someone can have the court declare them your Conservator. They can then have control of your finances and health, to include putting you in a nursing home.  In the TV program describing this the Conservator was in cahoots with the judge, and was depleting the assets of the elderly in her care.  The children couldn't do anything about it. The nursing home kept the couple sedated. Beware of letting anyone in your home! There are attorneys who advertise they can get you a judgement fir harassment against these company's who continuously call you. Use a search engine to find them.

Got a call from Signify Insurance,  said on behalf of Humana.   This is not good.   Humana should be calling.   I will never let any stranger into my home.   I don't like people telling me when to go to doctor or try to force exam on me at home.   I'm not housebound.  Not enough to have Medicare scams,  now this

There is no guarantee this is Humana or a company calling on their behalf.

I think we’re so used to insurance companies declining coverage we find it difficult to believe that HUMANA would pay for a real Doctor, not a nurse, come to your home. I do think this is legit, but HUMANA has to address this issue with so many policyholders thinking it’s a scam.

Don't do it. Humana should get the message. I have blocked the number but they still call. A friend let them in and the nurse got so controlling my friend kicked her out. Then another gal had them come over for the usual worthless health check and she died 2wks later. They said she was fine. Both friends thought it was convenient. I feel like some posters it is a violation they can scope you out Rob or kill you later. What do they do with your info  tell a friend. Who are their friends? Your doctor can take care of you this is the dumbest unnecessary waste of money. This all takes away from legitimate funding we old people need. Always be aware.

These stupid Humana people WILL NOT quit calling!! They want to send out a dr to your home to do a health assessment which is absolutely ridiculous!!! I just keep blocking the numbers they keep calling from!!!

I block all non contact numbers but they left a voicemail speaking so fast after playing it several time all I could understand was my name. Not who was calling or reason why just the call back number that already showed in my caller ID. I think from what I have read they are some kind of Medicare scam with an excuse to visit you with some "doctor?" and charge Medicare for the visit. Other comments here say they have are contacting Humana Advantage Care insured but are NOT affiliated with Humana when they are called. One comment made the appointment and the guy had his medical records! Screams SCAM and may have hacked medical records and SS numbers.

I get this number all the time, but they never leave a message and I don't answer any call that isn't someone I know. I am, however, insured by Humana, too, so I suspect this is an okay call. I just wish they would leave a message to identify themselves.
