I got a call from this number today. I didn't recognize it & didn't answer. The voicemail message  said "We're following up about the in-home health & well-being assessment. Please give us a call to set up an appointment". While a phone number was provided, no company name was mentioned. I don't know why this is a "follow-up" since I never received a call or any kind of mail about a health assessment.  This call just reeks of scam.

They (Censeo) have been calling for a year. I called Humana long ago. They are associated somehow, but according to Humana, the home physical is optional, and they choose people with multiple illnesses and problems. I am neither sick, nor had illnesses. I blocked them. I have my own Dr. I am having my own physical. Oh, by the way, they changed their name to Signify Health, now. They still call.

I have been getting these calls off and on for several years.  They are extremely annoying and unwanted.  I have my own doctors and I am perfectly willing able to go see them when I need to go.  I believe Humana is wasting our money (premiums we pay) by trying to force a service on us that we do not want or need.  I do not want to speak with these people and keep blocking their calls.

I am current on my physical with my doctor and it costs me nothing for the annual wellness physical.  I continually get these unwanted calls anyway.

I got a call from this # maybe 3 weeks ago and they left me a VM. I called back on behalf of my mother. They said that it's just a program from Humana (Doctor's visit for health evaluation). I agreed and set up the appointment. This morning, I realized that we never got a "letter" from Humana regarding this. So I called Humana's number and verify if this is legit.  To make long story short, It is legit but I still feel weird about this. I am calling the other number and cancel it. I don't want any stranger in my house. My mother see her doctors regularly so we do not need another internist (according to them) to do her health evaluation.

Called, left no message. From the 9 pages of complaints over the years, I know what its all about.

I have a yearly checkup with my Dr. and visits every 6 mo. for type 2 diabetes checks and milestones. I have no use for an "In Home" whatever they call it. To me, its nothing but a chance to snoop and cause trouble IMHO

Humana hires outside companies to gather information for them so they do not have to do it themselves. Your personal doctor does not always release everything about you to insurance companies. This is their way to decide if they need to raise premiums for everyone by seeing what the general health situation is for all their clients. I just block them. I complained to Humana. They sent me a letter apologizing for the calls and put me on a "no-call list". That list lasted 2 months and the calls started back up.  If Humana has a problem, they can send me a letter and then I will call them myself.

I get calls from these people periodically over the years. Usually I don't answer, but this morning they called 3 times, one right after the other, at 8:30 am. I answered the third call just to tell them to quit calling. There was no person on the line, just dead air. At least the calls have stopped for a while now.

Called, didnt leave a message, then immediately called again. Humana has NO RECORD of them calling me, and it is in their system that they DO NOT CALL ME for their in home health checkup garbage.

Annual call from Conseco trying to send one of their retired doctors to my house.  Forget it, I have a doctor.  Quit offering this stupid service and reduce my premium!

Robo-call from unknown source. VM was a male voice; did not identify himself or the company he represented. Requested a return call at my earliest convenience. Office hours: Mon-Fri, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, CST.

Calls twice a day , leaves a message, saying they are from Cigna health on behalf of Humana. Free medical review with pharmacy.

They call me for this ALL THE TIME! I always make excuses or just don't answer. I have a doctor I see every month. I don't need Humana to come to my house to take my blood pressure!

my mother got the same type of call. they were from signify health. It is a service offered by Humana

It is from Humana. I have them for insurance. They call to do follow up and surveys.

if  Jodie is the type of person who advocates for this scam service i feel sorry for the spouse who has to put up with her 24/7/365.  Suggestion call Matrix Medical, see if they do anger management classes.

Called this morning, left a message about in home assessment, NO company name, so tired of there calls.

Did not answer, just blocked the caller. I have a Dr, Left a message I could not understand.

Trying to cram a nosy, invasive, unwanted home health visit down my throat. It is not recognized by Humana.
