They called and I answered. I assumed it was a prank call so I kept the line going for like 5 minutes and they said nothing.

Still just waiting for a sound.  Been over one minute now.  Nothing.  Block the number.  No clue where it is from.  Just waiting with it on speaker.  Idiots.

No idea, no message left. Will add to reject list.

I did not answer.  When I called this tel # back, received message: "No telephone service".

Automated message said "regarding your Visa card, on behalf of Card Reader Services, you have been selected for a 15% reduction  because of your on time payments for the last 6 months.....(cant remember word for word) and to press 1 to talk to someone, press 3 to decline & be placed on DNC.
Pressing 3 only replays the message. After pressing the #3 button twice, it hangs up. Calling back just rings, called back a second time and it says that number is not in service, 3rd time it just rings 4 times, then gives a busy signal.

Definitely a scam of some sort!

After picking up phone and not saying hello got what sounded like 2 modem beeps, scam just don't say hello.

trying to get me CreditCard info with false promise of discounts

"Not a solicitation".  Right.  Card Reader Services with all numbers restarting the message.  Same call from 855-653-4481 yesterday.

Receive calls from this #  and many more #'s, usually out of state. I love to play the scammers! I pressed the #1 button and this woman with foreign accent comes on and tells me I can have the interest rate lowered on my credit cards. So I put on this real excited voice and say " Oh great, which credit cards? so she kind of hesitated and said "Visa", so I excitedly said, "Great, which Visa?" I could tell I was getting her flustered, so then she hung up. I love messing with these scammers! I then call the #'s back and of course, you can't call them back. I loved the time I pretended like I was a baby and was talking baby talk and then I said "I'm just a wittle baby." They quickly hung up! It was hilarious! Just play them. It's hilarious to hear them getting frustrated. Just Google: Is this a scam # and then type in the # that just called you and you can read all the comments from other people getting all these calls just like you are! I especially love the ones saying I'm being sued by the IRS. I pretend like I'm real scared at first and then I start screaming at them and tell them I'm reporting them to the Attorney Generals office! Sometimes they threaten you with being arrested. I just start laughing or say all scared sounding,
"Oh no, am I in trouble?" Just play them along. It's so much fun! By the way, for those who don't know, the IRS will NEVER call you!! Don't let these scammers scare you and NEVER give them ANY information! Good luck and HAVE FUN with these scum bags!

Called my cell phone.  Did not leave a message.  What makes these people think anyone would call back an unknown number.  Really?

They called, I didn't answer, looked here, blocked number.  I get as many or more spam calls than I do real calls.  Never answer a spam call.

SCAM ALERT!!!  Called my cell about noon, no msg left. Called back, # not in service.
Called again 6PM 0n 855-653-4481. Exact same not in service msg.

just another call from Credit Card Services. Thank God for the call blocker device.

received a call from this number this morning. When they dont leave a voice mail, I block the call. Thanks to Snowmole for providing the other number they call from. I blocked that too.

Says they have been monitoring my credit for months and i qualify for lower interest on my credit cards of which I have none.  Pressing 3 for not interested does nothing.  They still call back.  when i press 1 for a live person it is a foreigner.

Received a call from this number to my cell, didn't answer, no voicemail message left.
