Scam call, reported it to the National Do Not Call Registry and FTC for further investigation. Anyone who get's called please do the same so law enforcement can look into this.

They call daily. I sometimes make a mistake and answer. dead silence, like i wish on them

This number called my home phone at 7:07 AM this morning with TOLL FREE CALL shown as name on caller ID. I did not answer and only dial tone was left as message when answering machine took call.

Scammer called from this number

Called my house with a credit card scam

One of those "congratulations on your excellent payment history" offers where this telemarketing company can get me "reduced interest rates on my credit card balances."  This company uses many different numbers. I have pressed 3 to be taken off the list but they continue to call. I pressed 1 and asked why they continue to call using different numbers. The person on the other end said just don't answer your phone & hung up on me.  I am on the do not call list for whatever good that does.

Rachel from card services scam. They collect your card information, then go on a spending spree around the country in a few short minutes. Our leaders in washington are sitting on their lazy [***] letting these scammers do as they please. AT&T is laughing all the way to the bank because they are making money supplying these crooks with phone service.

Called about credit card. I believe this is an arab scammer from Middle East. Guy had thick accent and can barely speak English

These pple call and ask for my credit card numbers obvious scam and the guy had a deep middle easter accent could hardly understand him

My wife is looking at these callers calling I think it's her boyfriend so I answer and its a credit card scam

It is NO FUN unless you PRESS 1! This time, after listening to "Rachel" warn me that this was my last notification to lower interest rates, I got a HEAVILY accented man who told me he was in Phoenix(!). After finally finding my CC in the other room, giving him bogus numbers v e r y  s l o w l y, and reading them back with a changed number, s l o w l  y, he finally seemed to catch on and told me that the FBI was monitoring me and that all of my CCs are now invalid and that I would have to call the bank to reinstate them. What a HOOT - best 12 minutes I spent all day!

"Rachel, from Cardholder Services,"  on THANKSGIVING DAY, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!  At least we know she must be on the ropes.  That is a desperate move!

Anyway, a lengthy analysis of "Rachel, from Cardholder Services'" numbers (26 numbers over two years) shows that she has never called more than three times from the same number, and usually not more than once, so she's not really even worth a spot on your call blocker.
