Called five times in a row.  Said was att service call.  Left message once.  Did seem legit.

At least you received a call back. The idiots  screwed up my complete order. So I canceled them.

Was from AT&T service about a report I made for no dial tone on a land line.  They left a message.

I doubt that that the call was legit  as I received scammer calls from Apple Directv and AT&T in the past few days pretty ure it was a scam if was real it would have left a message.  AT&T is supposed to stop robo calling So the fake numbers have been eliminated mostly . But call spoofing (numbers) is still allowed The 911 service has the ability verify your number is real

The automated system have my account number and said my account was past due.  It seemed so real because the system was using the same words as ATT.  but I know that ATT toll free numbers start with 800, so I  was suspicious and hung up.

ID'ed in as a Robo Caller so did not answer. It is AT&T DirecTV saying account past due.

I've received the same message the last 2 days. I had a problem with my auto pay, but paid it this week, so no reason to call me. I checked my account and the account number isn't even close to what the message claimed. Good try, but I'm not calling back. Usually, ATT would just email me anyway

Just verified with AT&T main number 2020 that 7365 is not one of their numbers, but is from a very realistic sounding scam call that they know about and have been working to eliminate.

I do not have an ATT account ! It looks like I will have to use up all my memory on my phone just for blocked numbers! What happened to all of the law's that was supposed to stop SPAM ????!!!

We called AT+T. Bill keeps going up since they bought out Directv. Seff said she needed to call us back from this 855 number. Number ID ...potential spam. This call is from the Phillipines. We were told we couldn't speak to someone from the USA. Bye, bye AT+T. We're calling Dish Network!!!!

AT&T calling regarding equipment they are sending to take care of an issue we had with our internet.

This is a PHISHING call trying to get you to call 1-800-288-2020!  DO NOT CALL!  AT&T site says it is aware, and says it is a spooled SCAM call!

This number called me, but I did not get to the phone in time.  Yes, running late on paying bill, but already made payment arrangements, so not sure why they would be calling me.  Just saw this thread when I googled the number.

This number has called my phone 3 times today and I have not answered. I see some of you saying its legit. I do have at&t and directv but know the bill is not late and haven't requested any service help so doesn't seem legit to me.

For me, it was a legit call. I let it go to voicemail, and then listened. Two days ago I added a new (non AT&T) contact phone number for emergencies and AT&T were confirming a change, just in case someone else had tampered with the account.

I agree, he is legit...I spent more than an hour on the phone with him the day before with all typesof issues.  He was patient, knowledgeable and kind.  He called me in the morning to see if I had any more issues....twice!!!  Great customer service from this young man!!  And, I could understand hin!!

This is legit an AT&T number.  I didn't answer when it came in because I didn't recognize the number.  I let it go to voicemail, and they left a message.  It was someone calling from AT&T's Office of the President.  I had sent an inquiry to the Office of the President a couple days ago concerning one of my services, and they were calling me regarding my inquiry.
