I took the call..the 3rd call. It WAS TD bank. I asked why wasn't the name available on caller id. The survey center has many phones. Survey is about your most recent visit - in the past couple days - to a TD bank. Chances are, after the TD bank is finished with its survey, this center will be using the SAME PHONES on the next survey they are asked to do.
Answer the phone. If you don't have an acct with TD, say so and get off the phone. The calls from this number will stop.

Stop calling

DIdn't recognize the number on Caller ID, didn't pick up.  Caller disconnected after six rings.

This # called me 4 times within a 30 minute period, and left no message. If it's important I always say, 'they'll leave a message' calling me four times in that short a period I believe is a scare tactic, it can make one think they should answer the call due to a possible emergency! Nice try scammer..!

Called on a Sunday, Aug 3, leaving voicemail that stated I needed to call this 855 number immediately. Said they had to talk to me about my (non-existent Emergent Services account. That VISA and MasterCard required this due to the"breach." (?) When I called, got shuffled to voicemail asking me to leave a response and my name and number.

Right, sure, I'll be doing that soon.

She said the don't make daytime calls. Only nights and weekends

Have received a few calls from this number over the last few days -- I never answer. Not that I know it's scammers, I might answer just to have a little fun with them (if I am bored, that is).
There's a special place in hell reserved for these [***].

called twice.  left a message after the 2nd call stating he was from Greenwich Associates asking me to call him back

Received a call from this # identifying they were calling from TELUS and wanted to confirm the service I received on a specific date.  They called my work # that is centrally managed and there was no service that occurred and they new my name.  How unnerving!  Plus our VOIP system can't block #'s like these across the whole system.  Gotta keep an eye out for this # so I don't answer it again.

Calls repeatedly, no message left.

I received an uninvited call from this number & was already in a call so I didn't answer it. Upon looking it up via Google, I discovered this ID source. I do not have any connection with; TD Bank, MBNA, nor Bank Of America & so there is absolutely NO reason for any of them to call my private cell phone number whatsoever. My number is on the NO Call list & as a general rule, I never receive totally uninvited calls for no good reasons. If this number is a survey company for any of these banks, they have no business with me, & I will make it known via the internet & sites like this, that they're unwelcome spam type callers.

We called TD Insurance (previously TD Meloche Monnex) a few days ago and received a call from this number yesterday, which we did not answer. Based on other comments here, it looks like it is a third-party survey co. on behalf of TD. We get a follow-up call every time and no longer answer 800-number calls due to frequent calls from charities and political parties, and newspapers.

why do these people keep calling.  is there a way to get them to stop?
