Whenever  "behalf of" is inserted into the introduction, I've found it more often than not to be a Telemarketer

I got the same call. I am not sure if I should report it to my bank .

I doubt it is TD as so many claim.  It sounded like a butt dial and this was the part of the conversation recorded before they hung up, “There's a lawyer in the judge and so so don't bring it back to square one. So.”

Annoying people

They just called me it is 7:30 pm.  She knew my name and said the survey is for TD.  I did not like to talk to her.  So, politely refused.

Right, TD told me not to answer them.

I too received a call from this number.  But it is a legitimate call.  TD-Canada Trust sources out to third party companies for checking on customer service.  My husband was in our local branch yesterday making a deposit for me we received a followup call today from them today as many companies do.  If you are a customer of TD-Canada Trust or perhaps another bank, not sure, make sure you go into your branch and ask that a note be put on your file that no solicitations be made.  This should solve the problem.

Just blow a  whistle into phone and they probably won't phone again...

Just because they claim to be TD, doesn't mean they actually are.

If you say this is legit, then WHY are these idiots calling people, like myself, who have NEVER been a customer of TD bank????? How did they get our numbers? It's a scam for sure. The person who just called me this evening was calling for someone else who doesn't live at my home, yet they have my number. Hmmm, they obviously bought my number from someone. Also, my number isn't even a land line or cell number. I'm sick and tired of getting calls from "survey" people when they know damn well I'm not a customer of TD.

When half the people posting do NOT have ties with TD or their affiliates and they are still getting calls then you know something in the milk's not clean....

I have gotten several call from this number 1-855-496-4285 and they never leave a message..  I am so tired of these friggin people calling...  What can be done about these people???

I'm just wondering. ..last week I made an Ebay purchase thru PayPal, and tonight got a call from this #.  I don't even know what TB is, but wonder if any of the people in this post use PayPal.  Could this be the way this Co is getting people's numbers?  

Received a call from them at my place of business.  They identified themselves as being US Bank.  I told them the person they asked for was not in.  I'm sure they'll call back Monday.

This company or the phone number indicates that it is an Opinion Research Firm.   If you call the number you can listen to their voice machine speak in English first, and then it repeats in a variety of different languages explaining that they are doing a survey - for what they do not say.   Caller ID shows > 800 Service.   Their web site sells data information on several types
of data collection / marketing.   Act like a telemarketer.
