No your spam and hung up

Received a voice mail on Friday, July 20, 2018 on my work phone from this number.  The voice mail stated she was Michele Johnson from Greenwich Associates, asking for me by my full name, and I needed to call her back at my earliest convenience and reference this five-digit file number.  This is not someone I deal with at work or in my personal life so not planning on calling them back, but it sounds a bit different from some of the posts I've read.

Calling to interview for customer satisfaction w/ TD bank. Getting this woman to tell me her name and why she was calling was like pulling teeth.

Voicemail messaged as follows:
"New York - DMV: Please update your contact information due to our new regulation-compliant. Visit at: ow.ly/7Jvb50DGwR1"

They called and actually left a message saying they were from direct tv and my account qualified for 50% off if I called back. Funny thing is I keep getting this same call from multiple different phone numbers. Definitely a scam
